We called in for lunch while on shopping trip. Highly recommend. Typical Greek food my husband had the meatballs and enjoyed them although struggled to finish. I had roast chicken lovely plentiful portions staff very friendly n helpful will visit again.

Great food and great service! We were only in Liverpool for a weekend break and needed somewhere good for food and checked Tripadvisor and Greek Taverna had great reviews and was true to this. Food taste and quality was lovely. Definitely great. Just be careful...of portions as they are quite big! So if you have a big appetite then you’ll be fine otherwise might struggle.More

Went to The Greek Taverna on Gordon Street Southport for an 80th birthday with my family 14 of us last night. Great traditional Greek food staff friendly & attentive all the time. We visit this restaurant on a regular basis & we are never disappointed....Would recommend it to everyoneMore

Excellent food, excellent service busy and bustling. I tried this restaurant for the first time, I wasn't disappointed. All of our party of 6 really enjoyed the meals, we all ordered different dishes and they were all very good. Very generous portions.
