Delicious Meal

We'd seen this place on TripAdvisor. Being real foodies we always do our homework before we book any restaurants! It honestly does deserve 5 stars, from the service to the absolutely gorgeous food, so so tasty. They've got it spot on, keeping the menu simple...and putting on a special for every course. Definitely worth a visit we can't recommend it enough, we travel from Wales to Liverpool a lot, and eat out every time, this is definitely the best meal we have had, it would be hard to beat it. Can't wait to visit again foodies heaven. Thanks for a lovely night guys, and a very well done.More

Fantastic food

Fantastic service and amazing food. Steak was well cooked and the side of cabbage and chorizo was so tasty Well worth the visit .

Highly recommended. Best steaks and excellent customer service.

Visited here a week ago. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Most seats are upstairs so if you have mobility issues you should let them know when booking. The decor was quirky with cows in every picture. I found this amusing. The seats...were comfortable and the ambiance was perfect. Ian was our waiter who was very knowledgeable, especially as we had let them know I am gluten free. Unfortunately my steak was a little over cooked but I didn't want to send it back as I was hungry and just wanted to eat. Plus I'd eaten a third of it. Ian resolved this without us even asking for compensation. Overall a wonderful experience.More

The best steak you will find in Liverpool (and maybe elsewhere too!)

Probably one of the best steak dinners I've ever had, gorgeous meat, lovely sides, very attentive service and nice atmosphere. We came here as a chance walkin and so glad we did. Perhaps the highlight of our trip to Liverpool.

FOOD WAS AMAZING😍

The food here is amazing, I highly recommend getting the greedy cow for two😍 all the staff where lovely and so helpful, would definitely go back there again👌🏻

Booked Cowshed for celebration meal after reading good things about it. We were not disappointed. Excellent selection of steaks. We went for the sharing plate for 2. Sensational Steaks

This was our first meal in Liverpool on a weekend away. From beginning to end, the meal was a joy. The setting was lovely, service was very attentive and the food was delicious. Great meal out

Has a brilliant night at cowshed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue is lovely. Great quality food and value for money. Would highly recommend it. I have now found my new steak house! 😀

Highly recommend

Came highly recommended. So we payed a visit, whilst in Liverpool. Not disappointed. Staff great and very accommodating. Food very good. Well worth the visit.

Surely this should be a question asked directly to the restaurant and not to reviewers on TripAdvisor. However I have never seen the restaurant do discounts they are so popular why would they need to?

You can park on Berry street it’s pay and display. I think it’s free after 6.30 pm. It’s a couple of minutes to seel street depending where you get a place.
