I think they might expect something a bit smarter. It has a Michelin Star and although I don't recall a dress code I would think a Jacket is a good idea. Don't need a tie though

We have always dressed smart when dining out, smart casual will certainly be OK for lunch and a great opportunity to put the boat out a bit for somewhere so special.
