Good standard pub food. We were there at night so I can't comment on view. Friendly and good for families.

I, friends and family regularly dine at this restaurant when staying in Gerroa from Sydney. The food is tasty, plentiful, great value and delivered speedily and with friendly smiles. The restaurant have a great variety of food - specialising in fresh seafood (fish, prawns, oysters)....The restaurant has panoramic views of 7 Mile Beach stretching to the Shoalhaven. I am honestly shocked to read other reviews on this site.More

We recently had dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed both the meal and the setting! We were seated upstairs and the views were fantastic!

Recently attended in a group of four for lunch. Firstly, it potentially has good views, or it would if they ever cleaned the windows. Food was very poor. The 'tempura' battered fish did not have a tempura batter. The chicken schnitzel was over cooked and...had some sort of mystery sauce on it, that had no flavour at all. One of our meals turned up missing the side salad. All of our group was disappointed with their meals. Won't be going there again.More

Went here last Friday with family for a special celebration. Was raining so cannot comment on view. I had the garlic bread and prawn plate. Prawns weren’t fresh at all which was disappointing.

My mother and I recently stopped there for lunch as we’d heard it was great ... the view was spectacular and whilst my mother really enjoyed her burger my Caesar salad was terrible ... drowned in a very tart dressing, which was disappointing as generally...they’re pretty hard to muck up !!!More

It’s the second time we’ve been here and it will be the last until they change chefs. I don’t quite know what’s happened but the food has gone down hill. Nearly everything was overcooked and dry. The views are great and the staff nice but...regrettably that’s where it all stops. PLEASE get a new chef and get it back to where it used to be.More

I have worked in hospitality for 25 years and I consider eating out a legitimate hobby of mine. In all of my 44years of life, I have never eaten worse food from a licensed venue in Australia. The salt and pepper squid was inedible. Under...cooked, floury and plain horrible. The chicken Schnitzel was an oil sponge and came with gravy that was like absolute dish water. It made gravox seem like a culinary delight which it certainly isnt. The chips were under cooked, the salad was tragic and the cooks couldn’t even be bothered tossing the dressing through the salad. It was dribbled on. Four other meals at our table and everyone made similar complaints about their dishes. Its 2021, the venue management need to sort this out. They are actually robbing people of good money in exchange for a food standard that would be inferior to what that serve in prison. Not that Ive been to prison. Otherwise Great location, nice views and friendly staff.More

Pleasant welcome when we entered, ensuring we logged in properly. Best views of seven mile beach from the dining areas. Plentiful servings of pub grade nosh. Drink prices were reasonable. We enjoyed our lunch with friends and would return even if it was to kick...back and enjoy the view.More
