I’d give this restaurant five stars because it was amazing and the waiter mashudu was welcoming she did an amazing work and she know she her work…amazing and I’d definitely recommend and come back there and I would like mashudu to serve me again

Excellent service by Robert, calm and very helpful. Food was lovely and we didn't have to wait long for the order, kept on checking on us without constantly interrupting the experience

Hope you should find a better way to acknowledge your customers when they had stepped out for a bathroom, my daughter wanted a burger we then walked in at Wimpy, welcoming was friendly and we got a sit buy a gentleman, we ordered our food was great and all was ok, my daughter 3 year old requested for a bathroom I then told the lady by the entrance that we coming back going to the bathroom and that he must let my waiter know I even left my grocery trolley, we went to the bathroom we can back 5 minutes, when we come back the table was cleared and someone else was occupying the table I then asked the lady, she just said I don’t know who removed your food and offered me another table by then I’m was very upset and refused.
This left a very bad experience
Had to sit the by the entrance embarrassed and everyone was just minding there own business until I requested to speak to a manager only then my waiter came and confused as to what happened, I was offered dessert I mean I was still eating I had not finished he then offered a take away food.
Sad ending, I’m from the hospitality industry and this is not a kind of service your offer to your customers.
I’m so sad and my daughter had to experience all this.

what a way to start our day with a wimpys cup of coffee,not to mention a friendly welcome from Portia Ndlovu whi made sure we get everything we needed...indeed itvws worth it <3 thank you so much Portia for your services you really made our day
