Food (burgers) very good, but the service was bad. Beer empty when I had eaten half of the burger, no one asked if I wanted more to drink. And we where not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. After a while I had to walk to the bar to pay - we where tired of waiting. This was on thursday - nearly anyone in the restaurant.

Found the place to be very pleasant, the food was nice albeit a little overpriced for locals (as, was the alcohol pricing and cooldrink pricing).. .. Can definitely recommend the pizza for value for money and to fill your tummy.
Found the burgers a little costly for what you get but tasty, they did get a few of our orders wrong (i ordered a pulled pork burger and was given a plain porkies as was a few of our others)
Our waitress was good if a little overworked with our 95 people that rocked up from our wrk for our function. Meals for 95 people took a while.
All round good experience with the guys enjoying themselves.
Suggestion to owner, overseas locals are given a different menu with lower costs if utilising a locals password once registeted.

I discovered the Wolf house via the special organised with the restaurant and the Labia Theater. 100R for a burger and an movie - What a deal...
And the burger was actually very good, tender and juicy. 3 options to choose from (on the special) and chips.
The deco is quite cool as well, with these elevated cubicles, and graffities all over the walls and ceilings.

Very confusing experience. And for a person who works in the industry this was the worst service ever!! Went there with my friend and we felt like we were racially profiled from the word go!!!! Sad! Seemed like no one wanted to serve us, had to flag waiters down to take a food order after some time of no service. One named Noma looked so disinterested. Been there a couple of times and it was good but this time around they made us not to want to come back. No manager in sight because I did want to speak to one. I feel like just because we were black pretty girls they automatically thought we wouldn't tip so they thought let's not attend to them at all. Been there, got good service and tiped the the waiter 10% or more. Very sad experience ruined our day to say the least. Get your staff together and do better!!!

It was my first time visiting this establishment and I was so disappointed.
We were a large group of people so I would understand that service would be slightly slower. However, we ordered our meals and it took more than an hour to arrive, when it did eventually arrive some of the people at our table complained that the food had been cold. Some people DID NOT even receive their meals and left the restaurant hungry.
In addition, the waiter, Vuyo, was very arrogant and kept messing up orders. For example, she brought food to the table that nobody ordered and when we paid the bill, the plate of food was still on the table. Mind you, some people still had not received their initial order.
I raised this with one of the other waiters and they said that our food had been standing in the kitchen for a while and that they were indeed understaffed. I raised this issue with the new manager and she has not come back to me yet.

The food and service was amazing not to mention the views. Went there for a late birthday dinner with a friend and we had a blast . The prices were affordable and worth it. The Feta abo and bacon pizza was delicious and we'll definitely be back for more!!

We just popped in for a quick drink and ended up having a few cocktails. We really enjoyed both the drinks and sunset views.
From downstairs you can’t really see how nice it it and thought it looked empty however we were surprised to find it was pretty busy.
Ended up returning another night during our stay.

I was at Wolf House with my wife and sister in law and near the end of the evening during our departure I noticed a young lady in distress and couldn't hear the full conversation but I remember her trying her absolute best to stay away from a lurker of a man and she asked the bar tenders for help and the all just laughed in her face.
In South Africa, especially in these times. Its proven not to be safe for our women and now seeing how Wolf House disregarded the lady and just laughed at her just proves to me that this culture of disrespect and appealing attitude lives on in any establishment, even if it use to be your favourite.
Highly disappointed, that scene ruined Wolf House for me and for my family.

This restaurant would be great for a younger crowd who like loud/fun music and a low key dinner.
The food was good and the staff was accommodating.

My 1st time at the Wolf house. Food was delicious and great value for money. Our Waitress Taya was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back !
