We visited I Love Coffee Shop today. This coffee shop is staffed by people who are hearing impaired. Their service and coffee is great. Last breakfast

My friends and I have been in south africa 2 weeks doing the garden route. This is by far the best breakfast had whilst in south africa. Even better than sky lounge boutique hotel over in plettenberg which was the next best. But here the...service is amazing. Staff so friendly and helpful. Also learnt some basic makaton. Best way to end the trip. Would highly recommend such a lovely little cafe.More

Drink coffee and support a social enterprise

Since a Toastmasters club meets at this coffee place regularly, I had a chance to experience the warmth and friendliness of the staff and the owner. They really care for their costumers. Centered in the city bowl it is easy to reach. They offer a...wonderful selection of coffees. During lunch time is a buffet available. It came as a surprise to me when I realised that our waitress was deaf. This is the purpose of this café to employ mostly deaf people.More

Afternoon Coffee!

We stopped for a mid afternoon coffee. A terrific choice! The shop is neat and clean and managed by a delightful young woman. She welcomed us, took our order and brought the coffees to our table. An interesting buffet was available for lunch, but we...had already eaten. The coffee was excellent and reasonably priced. Signs in the shop indicate the shop benefits the deaf.More

Delicious coffee with a difference

This is not the first time my husband and I have had breakfast and the most delicious coffee in this cosy restaurant in Strand street. The staff here are mainly deaf, but it is very easy to place your order, be it eat in or...take out. They also a delicious harvest table lunch. I would encourage you to visit and enjoy tasty food and the best coffee in Cape Town.More
