The ice cream is very good and there are many different choice possibilities. Also the drinks are fine. The only shadow is the new self-service which was installed. In former times there was service at the table and in my opinion it was much better. Perhaps it will change again in the future.

Very popular patio destination for fresh ice cream. A variety of daily special dishes add to the enjoyment.

Definitely worth visiting if you like ice-cream. The boss, an award winning Bavarian confectioner, regularly comes up with new recipes. My impression is that he uses the best ingredients. People used to typical Italian ice-cream may be disappointed when trying the experimental flavors.
Only cons:
- service personnel is polite but not always the fastest
- parking at the store is extremely limited. There is plenty of parking space around the corner or across the street, however

Franzetti is a popular meeting point.in the center of Holzkirchen for families, friends, young and old. The ice cream is exceptional, and in fall and winter they serve homemade Glühwein and tasty Bohemian Bavesen. Nice spot for a little treat.

Everyone loves this place in Holzkirchen. Ice-cream is really good we love it and we go there as often as possible :-)

Who ever is making a short stop to eat gets the best ice cream in town with cakes and tea and coffee choose a correct choice to stop here

Our Bavarian friends recommended this restaurant, telling us that it was the one usually chosen by locals and we now understand why! Friendly, helpful staff who speak English and are happy to offer advice, lovely local schoolchildren, politely enjoying ice-creams as an end of term treat and lots of groups of locals using the restaurant as a meeting place, we felt very comfortable enjoying meals in the sunshine. The breakfasts are huge and good value for money, as well as delicious coffee and home made cakes and speciality ice creams, we can't wait to go back!
