Cin Cin is the most reliable high end restaurant in Vancouver. If you only go out once or twice a year, or have a dinner that has to go well, we highly recommend Cin Cin. We have been to Cin Cin about a dozen times...and it has never failed to impress. It is a five star restaurant that is as famous for its consistency as it is for turning out excellent Italian food. Out of the almost dozen times we have been there, the worst meal we ever had was still a 4.5 star meal. The average has been a 5. No restaurant we have been to in Vancouver more than once has been as consistent as Cin Cin. The servers are all extraordinary, and will help you pair your drinks perfectly to your meal. They offer every item on the menu to meet any dietary restriction. In the summer months, ask to sit on the patio when you make you reservations, the seating is limited. In the winter months, they have excellent heating on the patio, but it may not be your thing.More

Coming to CinCin is a wonderful treat. We first came on our honeymoon and service was above and beyond. We came back again on Dec 23rd to treat my husband's mother and grandparents to an early Christmas dinner. The servers had perfect timing while still...being attentive. Food was 5 stars as always. We started and ended the meal with some cocktails and they were all delicious. We will be coming again the next time we are in Vancouver.More

Bread came to the table with olive tapenade before we had ordered our appetizers. Delicious. My husband had veal osso bucco and I had sablefish. Again both perfect! Service was wonderful! Ambience was lovely and we will definitely go again when in town! Highly recommend...CinCinMore

Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor. Very nice staff and welcoming when go in. Always gets busy, reservation is strongly recommended. We sat by the bar closes to the main cooking station, you can see all the operations . Pretty neat. Excellent Italian cousin....There are also special dish of the day . Excellent wine choices to pair with. Overall, it is one of the best restaurants we’ve found in Vancouver.More

Wow, what a disappointment! It took 45 minutes to get bread and an hour to get my appetizer. They were obviously short-staffed which meant they should have seated less people. Instead, the place was packed (what Covid?) and the service reflected that. The chicken was...very bland and dry and the accompanying scant vegetables were extremely boring. The last time I ate here was amazing. What happened? Will never step foot in here again. The place is pricey too, which I have no problem with if the food is good. In this case, I most certainly did not get what I paid for. There are so many great restaurants nearby. Go to one of them instead.More

Parmesan soufflé was very tasty. Carpaccio was good but not great. The ribeye steak outstanding but the scallops were quite blend. I was disappointed with this dish. The service is always good here and the ambiance very comfortable. I will return again and again… Just...choose different items on the menu.More

This is a nice restaurant with pretty good food. The patio has a very nice ambience. The staff is very professional and efficient. The food although good did not wow us. The price is in the $$$ range while the wine list runs on the...expensive side.More

Fantastic meal in celebration of our 40th anniversary. Excellent attentive service and well-paced presentation of the entire meal. Delicious food - Humboldt Squid appetizer sensational, generous portions for mains - scallops and rack of lamb. Wow - can't wait to return! Thanks to the staff...for the acknowledgement of our celebration!More

It was our last evening visiting Vancouver and was recommended to try CinCin. We were seated on the upstairs patio Great start with the server on the drink menu and dinner selections. On taking our order the 4 of us, including the our server were...suddenly drenched in a bombardment of bird poop from above. The table, our drinks, the menus, our clothes got hit by one nasty bird from above. Our sever disappeared quite quickly to clean up and another server appeared with towels for us to clean up. My wife an I used the bathroom to clean our clothes of the bird poop before they stained. Our clothes will still need dry cleaning to rid of the stain. A couple at a table next to us even stepped in to help with cleaning off our clothes. My daughter also asked the server to close the patio awning but he said he couldn't. The staff cleared the table and cleaned the floor and brought new drinks and bread, but that's the extent of what the restaurant staff did to accommodate us in this gross situation . We finally did get our dinner and even ordered desert. We also heard this was not the first time for this to occur at this restaurant. What really surprises me is that management never approach our table and apologized for this disruption to guest of theirs. Also, not even a a small gesture of good will off our bill was offered.More
