Went out to Craft Beer Market Wednesday October 13th, 2021. My friend ordered the house lager, as it arrived I noticed the drinks pour was abysmal with nearly 25% of the glass filled with foam. I made the comment to my friend about this. I...had no intention of reporting this to the staff. Shortly after, Adam came by with a glass to top up the beer with no request. I was profoundly happy of Adam and his service. As the night progressed Adam came by with free beers for some of my friends. This was fantastic as my friends were having a great time especially with a free round! While I am a local, I would highly suggest Craft as a destination to grab a couple drinks.More

Decided on this restaurant because of the popularity it has gained recently and it just so happened they have happy hour all day on Sunday. Red flags since the moment we stepped into the place… hostess at the front asked for our IDs instantly, no...welcome, no anything. One of my friends recently moved from BC and still has a temporary paper driving license, the hostess didn’t seem to have a problem with it. We are told to “go up the stairs”. First of all what restaurant doesn’t walk you to your table? Odd but ok, walked over to a random table that could fit us all. 5 minutes later our waitress comes over to ask us for our IDs… again… all of the sudden my friends paper ID becomes a problem. Shows her a picture of his passport, his old driving license (they forcefully SHRED your old copy with a new issue), and a physical copy of a university ID card. Claims that there’s “nothing she can do”, “this is their policy” and was basically telling us to leave…. Called over the manager who simply checked the different IDs to make sure they matched and we were good to go. Great now so now we’ve been here for a solid 25 minutes and the ID policy has changed 3 times, depending on who you ask. Thankfully we were assigned a waiter with a better attitude… FINALLY got to order drinks. Our cocktails came BEFORE our waters (?). Cocktail might be an exaggeration… cup green was 95% ice. Our food took at least another half an hour to get to us. Mediocre chicken sandwich and possibly the worst poutine I have ever seen and eaten. Looked as if it had been sitting waiting to be taken out for at least 10 minutes. Cold, soggy and unpleasant. At this point I am starving, I would have eaten anything. Couple of my friends were still hungry but held back from ordering something else because we were afraid it would take another half an hour… paid and took off. The couple positive things in my entire visit: 1. Our waiter Ty was trying hard to do what he could 2. the view from the patio is very nice! Unless you get to sit on the side facing the massive parking lot building of course… 3. The free workout to get to the patio, as you’ll need to climb 4 flights of stairs. (And then wait 45 minutes for water). Personally, I wouldn’t go back even if it were free.More

We got a couple of pizzas, salads and beers to go during COVID. The large selection of craft beers was wonderful. The pizzas were tasty with fresh ingredients and perfect crust. The salad was also fresh with tasty dressing. Plenty of seating inside but we...couldn’t sit inside yet. Service was a little below average with a missing growler and pizza ingredient. Average prices for average portions. I’d order again but double check my order before leaving.More

My husband and I had a great meal on the rooftop at Craft Beer Market. COVID protocols made us feel really safe (lots of hand sanitizer, plexi-glass barriers, masks) and the rooftop patio had a great atmosphere. Our server ended up being from the same...Australian town as my husband, and she made our meal even more enjoyable. When staff learned it was our honeymoon, the manager on duty arranged for two complimentary drinks to be sent to our table, which was such a nice touch. Would recommend for a meal or even just for drinks.More

Pass on these. First of all the entire taco was filled with bland cabbage and the tiniest piece of rubbery fish, no bigger than the size of my pinky finger. Rip off, even at the $4 happy hour price. Staff is friendly and attentive though,...great roof top beer gardens.More

Craft has an amazing outdoor roof top area, which they have decorated in a modern way, creating a feel good vibe! Our waitress was so friendly, so helpful. The pizza and burger have to be THE BEST we’ve ever had, truly enjoyed it! And of...course the house beer was good too!More

New patio as of post Covid round 1. This is how patios should be: large and on rooftops. Tables well spaced apart, sanitizer on each tables, and washrooms cleaned every 30 minutes. Staff happy and helpful but not in your face. Their salads were beautifully...prepared and fresh while their Mac and Cheese was divine. The view of the downtown area is pretty cool because you’re close to 100 steps high. Well worth it!More

Clean, fast friendly and efficient service. Got to experience the patio for the first time and I was so incredibly impressed! I do not usually opt for beer but our server Bailee was so knowledgeable and actually brought the table a free flight of tasters...from their rotating handle and helped us branch out so I happily enjoyed an outcast sour blueberry ale that I would highly recommend trying! I will definitely be back and be bringing my friendsMore

Went out with a friend for a drink and meal. Seated fast, drink orders and appetizers taken. Appetizers arrived fast and were good. Main dishes were tasty. Burger and salad were juicy and fresh. Overall, a great experience and evening out. Will come again
