Went there a couple years ago with the Mrs. and the service was exceptional. Wait staff were very well informed, professional and attentive. Had the 6 course and some a al carte as well as a couple bottles of wine. Bill was a bit pricey...More

Blue was everything one would expect from a dining experience at the marquee restaurant of a Ritz Carlton. The food preparation was interesting, from charcoal bread to gold-laced chocolate, everything was well prepared and tasty, and the service was impeccable. All that said, the price...More

Badder. Worst experience of my life. Got sick. Was terrible, hungry when I left. An absolutely terrible dining experience. I have no clue what the people are raving about. Total disappointment. Each course is an "entree" but in reality was a side dish for every...More

I was here with my family, we had the Eric Ripert tasting menu with the wine pairing. Absolutely divine, and worth every penny. The food is sublime, service even better. Our server was Pedro. Thank you and we will be back.

We went for our anniversary dinner. We chose the four course a la carte menu. Everything was delicious. We had the best servers- Roxanna and Pedro. ( Sorry if I misspelled names!) they were both attentive and courteous. Great experience!

Laid back, Caribbean fine dining at its best. The food was amazing from start to finish, the service impeccable. The wine pairings were superb on both levels, with 2 wines that were an absolute revelation to me.

We tried the caviar and the tasting menu. Being regular foodies and somewhat connoisseurs on caviar, I will say that their fish is incredibly fresh and the tasting menu unique and flavorful. Their caviar on the other hand is sub-bar for the price they charge...More

I would not advise trying to share a tasting menu. The portions are not meant to be shared and I am not sure if they would agree to do so. I would suggest each of you getting the four course--we were given two extra... More

Yes. It is a place to dress up a bit. I was back on Saturday evening and a few women wore shorts albeit nice ones and looked totally out of place.
