My wife and I ate at lunch the Hard Rock Cafe in Georgetown Grand Cayman 22-Jan-2018. Just what you would expect from a Hard Rock, which is no way negative .... sometimes you just want good ol' American cuisine, comfort food! Of course we had...More

JensenBJ Thanks for your good and thorough review. I agree with all your comments and will add that Sunday is the only iffy day for insuring we are OPEN, depending on season and ships. Otherwise, we are OPEN everyday until 9pm.

I get it. Sometimes it’s just nice to brag a brew or a ‘Rita and look at that blue blue Cayman water, maybe cool off from the balmy 82 degrees and take a break from shopping... We’ve done it. Been here 2-3 times but this...More

Jennifer S Although you are probably quite accurate about being in town during 5-6 cruise ship days, we pride ourselves in still being able to deliver great service and food. Our apologies for not living up to our normal standard. If you are still on...More

Stopped in this afternoon for an Appetizer and Drinks. Service was nothing short of horrible. Appetizer came before the drinks, it took so long to get the drinks that we were already done eating. We had to chase our waitress down to get the drinks...More

Jeff P We are so sorry that you didn't get to experience our normal amplified service. We strive to meet that objective with every Guest interaction. If you would like to talk offline about any other specifics, it would be most appreciated. In any event,...More

We stopped in to the hard rock for a few drinks during pirates week. The drinks were good but the service was terrible. The bartender could not have acted more uninterested in us, and the hostess was just plain rude. I’m not sure if they...More

Alexa M Our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations on your visit in November during our National Festival - Pirates Week. There is absolutely no reason for you to experience anything but our normal fantastic service. That is a simple controllable item. We have...More

Although this is a small location, we didn't have to wait too long to get a table for 6. The service was good and the honey mustard chicken sandwich I had was excellent. It was served on a large bun, along with an ample portion...More

Colleen M Thanks for mentioning our great food, our kitchen is the best. Hope you also enjoyed our amazing seaside view.

This Hard Rock Cafe is much less about the preservation of music history or heritage than it is about the cruise ships in the harbor. HRC is one of the first things people see when they turn right off the tender. You can sit upstairs...More

Kay S Thanks for your detailed review and the excellent comments about our tasty salads. I couldn't agree more, believe me I love our burgers but, once in a while, a nutritious salad works wonders.

Jackie L Thanks for giving a "chain" a chance. That is one of the cool things about visiting Hard Rock's all over the world - you can rely on our staples on the menu and our great service. Moreover, we all get to put some...More

I always like to get a Hard Rock Cafe t-shirt from every city that I visit. The t-shirts are always way overpriced, but they are usually pretty good quality. Having said that, however, the t-shirts at this place were so overpriced and of such poor...More

Kevin, We certainly apologize for not meeting your standards during your recent visit. All of our retail merchandise comes from approved vendors and our Hot Fudge Sundae is also a corporate recipe and we do not use chocolate sauce so, I'm not sure what happened...More

Nothing out the ordinary. It does have a nice view of the sea/harbour though. Food was good, v nice club sandwich. The shop is silly expensive, even for Cayman!

Yes! It's a very short walk from the cruise ship terminal. You can see it on the right hand side as you come in by tender.
