My sister janessa and I always dine at hard rock, personally this is the second time I have had Merwin as my server and he is excellent! Great customer service, Very knowledgeable and informative; an overall joy. We had an issue with our dessert and...More

Jasminelee J - Thanks for the 5 stars and props to Merwin. I agree he loves his job and it shows.

This location is very close to where the cruise ship docks, so easy walking to the restaurant. The food and drinks were very good, although a little on the pricey side. The restaurant is upstairs and we had a view of the harbour. The server...More

Visited Hard Rock in Grand Cayman and were very pleased with both the service and quality of food. It was a pleasant surprise especially since we had been previously so disappointed in Margaritaville and it’s subpar food and service. So pass by Jimmy Buffets and...More

ProudBuckeye, we really appreciate the 5 stars and our "Cayman Kind" attitude is real at Hard Rock. Thanks again.

Kimrayoil. What an amazing journey. So glad you guys were able to enjoy our little slice of paradise and experience our Cayman Kind service (upstairs). I will look into the downstairs comment but appreciate the feedback and the 5 star rating.

Went to the Hard Rock for lunch. The food was decent (what you would expect from Hard Rock), service was mediocre. However the view is pretty nice. It seemed like we waited a long time for our food (Wednesday Lunch time, not too busy) and...More

Our sincere apologies for obviously not receiving our normal high standards of Guest service. We will use this as another learning tool and hope you come to see Hard Rock again soon because I believe the view will look even nicer with the proper service.

Though in the Caribbean, there is always a touch of great American Food for our special sensory travelers. Prices are affordable and meet the food expectations. ENJOY!!!!!

Polie Glad you enjoyed our traditional American menu. That's why our American founders opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London in 1971. Next time though, don't forget our local dishes as well. thanks and hopefully see you soon

Had a simple rum punch and pork nachos. They were ok, not great. Rum punch was small and nothing memorable. The facility wasn't like a typical Hard Rock and had very little decorations or atmosphere. I'd try somewhere else next time, but this was safe,...More

Brent S, We are one of the smaller cafes in the global Hard Rock network and we were recently remodeled to reflect our harbor front location, thus less of the music memorabilia. But we sure hope you enjoyed our fantastic views from our second floor...More

Typical decor but food and service sub par compared to other Hard Rocks. Subsists primarily off of cruise ship passengers.

Yes! It's a very short walk from the cruise ship terminal. You can see it on the right hand side as you come in by tender.
