I've been back twice since my original visit and review and the place has improved dramatically. The food was good, the service (a lovely Guyanese lady) was perfect, and the furnishings and plants have been upgraded. The manager is no longer playing favourites and was...very friendly, but really I do think that waist-length hair is not really the most hygenic thing for a restaurant. My only small gripe is charging $2 for the bread basket which was extremely ordinary supermarket baguette cut into thin slices. I would happily recommend this any visitor to the island because it is right across from the ferry dock and that's why we like it.More

Came in for dinner on our last night of our charter, and was looking for something different than the normal seafood places or Pusser’s. This was fantastic!! We had awesome outdoor seating, and the wait staff was amazing. Checked on us often, and kept our...drinks filled. I would definitely recommend this place...we’d come back here! Right around the corner from Pusser’s, so good place for a drink after dinner here. We had gnocchi, the meat antipasti, pizza, and a big bottle of red wine. Like I said, amazing.More

Cappriccio de Mare Cafee has a laid back Italian Cafe vibe. The staff are friendly and courteous. The menu of classic Italian dishes are complemented by daily specials. The anti pasta offerings are excellent. The pizza’s are cooked in a stone oven and the homemade...crust is off the chart good. A single serving pizza can actually feed two. I had the Hawaiian style pizza and substituted red sauce for a white sauce, it was quite tasty. The Tiramisu was good but not the usual cake style, this was served almost like a parfait. Overall I’d have no problem recommending that you give them a try, I know I’ll be back.More

Basic fair, service lacked any real customer interest. Not actually bad food, just not really good either. Sufficient with high price typical of the area.

Right opposite the ferry dock, the cafe is in a good position. Everything about it is good except that the manager is an Itlaian ady with very, very long hair that she likes to leave loose sweeping onto tables and who likes to sit with...her friends tucking her bare feet under her. It's a bit off-putting. Or perhaps I'm just jealous that her friends all got much bigger portions of the same pasta the two of us ordered, and endlessly refilled bread baskets. The pizza and spaghetti were very good. The Guyanese waitress was very nice and helpful. But the long hair and dirty feet and different treatment of some people than others left a bad taste.More

We had a delightful lunch here. The ambience is great, relaxed, friendly and very efficient. It’s a very convenient town centre location. We had the snapper which was so fresh and delicious, the salads too. The cappuccino was one of the best I’ve ever had....Would highly recommend.More

After a nice long day of beaches and boats, the girls and I stopped here fir a drink and dinner. We all had pizza which was stunning and drinks were served perfectly by the bartender (who was kind of cute). Anyway, the food was very...fast and cheap and the service was 100% all night. It sadly rained a little, so we had to move inside, however, i strongly recommend this restaurant for a night out.More

We were personally made very welcome by the owner. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. This was the best value for money during our week stay in the BVI

Great spot. We sat outside on their very cozy, sweet patio and had a wonderful dinner. All the pizza and pasta dishes were really well done. If you’re not a big eater get the pizza. If you’re a big eater get the pasta (they’re all...huge!). The service was slow but such is the island, however very friendly. Highly recommended.More
