Drinks were decent, food was ok. I had the rice with chicken (arroz con pechuga) which for me had entirely wayyyyyy too much chicken and not a whole lot of flavor). All plates were fully loaded with a few portions (enough for lunch or dinner)...but it had too much meat to truly enjoy it). Family had (from what I recall) the mofongo with steak (this was rated well by my mother), a seafood salad (couldn’t find the name of it but it had a base of lettuce topped with mussels, shrimp, octopus, chicken, fish, calamari and some veggies) which I feel is summed up as a ceviche salad kinda which was ordered by my father who enjoyed it thoroughly. I believe they’d probably rate the restaurant as a 4+, it’s all based on palette and for me, it was an ok place to eat.More

They have a fantastic breakfast and a very reasonable price. We go there every time we visit San Juan.

I came with my friend Pedro for breakfast and enjoyed a great meal... scarbled eggs with vegetables and toast! Coffee too of course! They used to open 24/7 now please check for opening hours! Their mofongos are really good!

STAY AWAY. Wow. Horrible. This place is a place to avoid. The service is horrible. Non attentive waiters. The food was gross and bland. Chicken - breaded cheap chicken with a ton of cheese. No flavor. Fish - frozen, bland. Barely cooked. No seasoning. Fries...- barely cooked. Tossed in the plate with no salt or anything. It’s sold how you can mess up fries. If you can mess up fries you can mess up everything. Vegetables is a bag of frozen vegetables tossed in a microwave and served in water. There nothing special about this place at all. It’s horrible. Felt like we’d walk out with food poisoning. Sangria was gross. Tasted old. Like it was sitting around. They refuse to offer glasses of water. Make you pay for bottled water.More

I stumbled onto this restaurant on a Saturday night.....This is a lively local spot much like Bebo's Cafe near ocean. Due to COVID restrictions, I had to wait for about 15 minutes to get a seat. The environment was clean and comfortable. While I was...disappointed that they did not have the Cuban sandwich I was craving, they did have the Pechuga de Pollo Cordon Blue which I also like. The waiter was nice but the service was a little on the slow side. I thought the food was good, but as the title indicated, some of the portions that I saw looked slightly smaller than what I was use to with similar type restaurants. On the opposite end, the lemonade that I ordered was more than enough for me to finish and it tasted like it was naturally squeezed. Overall, it was your stereotypical local Puerto Rican spot with good food and I will likely go back againMore

They have a varied menu of local food and everything is very good, Tasty but not heavy on salt. You can eat there often and not be bored with the menu.

In town on business with a coworker who had never been to PR before. The beer and glasses were cold, the grouper in garlic sauce was very good (although I wish they had a deep fried non-breaded option available). According to my partner the mofongo...and flan were excellent. I was able to give him an accurate taste of the island. The service was also very good. I believe our waitress' name was Carla, but I'm not 100% on that. I could be wrong. I would recommend this place.More

My friend and I walked into the restaurant, no one checked our temperature. None of the staff acknowledged us and we speak Spanish. We asked to sit outside to dine, we waited 20 minutes and decided to leave. No one came to our table after...we were told someone will be with us, even inside they took forever, to acknowledge us. Granted I've been to PR multiple times to multiple restaurants this was very disappointing service.More
