My worst dining experience in 50 years of visiting San Juan. My party of 5 was seated promptly at 8:00. Drink orders were taken but the server returned to say the brands called were not available. New orders placed. We then ordered our dinner, at...which point the server said she had forgotten to tell us what was not available, which was over half the menu. With great difficulty we finally found items we could order. After a delay the appetizers appeared, and were excellent. But over an hour and a half after being seated there were still no entrees and no promise of their appearing. We finally gave up and asked for the check. Nothing from the management-no apology for the abysmal service. Do not even think of dining here.More
