We purchased a variety of filtered coffee. You can also select the how course or fine you want your coffee beans to be ground. Very nice selections of coffe beans.

We ate there twice over a long and the service was first class, the coffee was magic and the breakfasts really good. Make sure you are hungry as the selection of breakfasts is good and a hefty plateful. All reasonably priced too ..

We have twice eaten at this little gem - the visits being a year apart - and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it and spent way too much money buying additional treats and coffee beans to take home with us. Fantastic attentive service, great coffee and a really simple and accommodating menu.

Beans about coffee makes a delicious breakfast. The constant queue on a Sunday attests to that. We were disappointed with the drinks. The coffee (filter and flat white) were very weak, and the chai latte was clearly made from a powdered ingredient and is not the real stuff.

Travelling on our way to Tulbagh we parked in Riebeek Kasteel and started to look for a coffee place....in the end went into the tourist office and they recommended Beans About Coffee which we hadn't noticed as it is tucked away at the side of a restaurant . It was just what we were looking for and we had excellent... More

I'm sure they make excellent coffee, and the berry shake I had was good. Their breakfast and coffee shake however was awful and service non existent. 1. My wife had the "HEALTHY ONE" breakfast, if you looking for fresh fruit you'll only find chopped up apples with a few pieces of pear. She sent it back. 2. I had the... More

Went to another restaurant in town and was not impressed by the disorganized way in which it was managed so walked over here for breakfast. Shared a big table with other patrons and had great coffee and an awesome breakfast ciabatta which was so crispy it was addictive. Staff are friendly and nice vibe about it.

We had breakfast there. Fresh fruit juice combinations can be recommended. Good quality of food made up for exceptional slow service. We were not in a hurry so it didn't bother us. The only downside was that the kitchen personnel handled the cakes without gloves. It didn't seem to bother the locals who made up most of the patrons. Nevertheless... More

We often come to this place. The location is perfect and the food is really good. And of course the coffee is wonderful.
