Sour oats, sacrificed tomatoes, eggs not done as requested. Out of 8 breakfast orders only 2 people did not complain. Service also very very slow.

I have eaten at this hotel previously, and enjoyed it. This time we just had G&T's on the stoep, overlooking the valley. Very colonial and very pleasant. Will go back.

Great spot in Riebeek Kasteel for sundowners on the stoep - in this stunning building. a Gin and tonic happy hour every afternoon at 5 ( i think). Service sometimes a bit on the slow side though

Really good old fashioned service. Excellent meal. The staff were great. Comfy room and excellent bathroom. Only problem maybe our room was too close to reception so a bit noisy! Great to able to order tea and coffee at any time
One of the best places to stay & dine in the Western Cape! Impressive heritage. Fabulous room with a bed as large as a small island and superb duvet. Excellent room service too.
