Easy access from N3, Efficient and welcoming staff, delicious food. Special thanks to the Management for a surprise presentation of delicious Blueberry Cheesecake to the Birthday girl, to further celebrate a special birthday with the family. Beautiful outlook onto the distant Drakensberg.

It was our first time visiting BlueBerry Cafe. We have learnt not to take note of negative revues ( I see some of those have only visited 2 places )!!!. We were delighted with the place. Our booking was confirmed, the place looks awesome and...the meals were world class. This is an establishment that will contribute to the influx of visitors to the area. Thanks for a great experience.More

The food combination on the plate was nothing short of repulsive. I sent most of it back to the kitchen. How this establishment rates rave reviews is beyond my comprehension.

A nice looking place up on a hill not far from Nottingham Road. Food was average. Vegan options not massive. Cocktails were quite good. Toilets have great views and cattle come up close to the café.

I’ve had terrible experiences about four to five times, too many to count for a single restaurant, thinking next time all will go well. On two occasions my booking had not been recorded in the book; on another occasion I had to wait to get...a table even though I had booked; on three occasions they had no fillets; the service is super slow, today I waited for over an hour for the food, same on the last occasion. I’ve experienced enough bad service I will not come back anytime soon. The view is great, no doubt.More

Booked a lunch with family from abroad and arrived with 3 additional children to a very rude Manageress who was obnoxious & extremely unwelcoming in her approach. There is a manner in which one tries to accommodate guests at their establishment and I was most...embarrassed by her poor attitude. A table of 16 translates into substantial business and I was shocked by the manner in which we were treated. Never returning here in future and will ensure I share my awful experience with friends and family.More

Book in advance because Blueberry Cafe is busy - for good reason. We visited twice in two days. Prepare for delicious food, irresistible treats to take home, insta-worthy (actually family album) views in a gorgeous treasure trove setting. The blueberry cheesecake is a gastronomic legend...- ordering it is essential (one slice can satisfy two forks). and then you can take a tub of the blueberry jam home with you. Enjoy! - it's impossible not to.More

We have been visiting Blueberry Cafe consistently on our way to a game reserve outside of Ladyamith every year for many years now and this was without a doubt the most disappointing visit. The staff were welcoming but the food was terrible and over priced....The carrot cake was dry and tasted a few weeks old, the samosas were split and full of oil. The coffee was at least decent but overall a really sad experience to what we were used to.More

First visit to this establishment.Large restaurant with plenty of seating places. The staff was pleasant and the food and drink were good. Unfortunately, the brewery section is open on Fridays and weekends. Well worth another visit.

Supurb views, excellent food, good service, very popular on a Sunday. Also had interesting items for sale: honey, chutneys, and inhouse Blueberry gin and rum. The gin is excellent.

I had heard so many good things About the Blueberry Cafe ! but honestly had the worst meal ever with friends ! The garden risotto ( not a veg in sight ) was sickly sweet and the other meal of a vegetarian burger consisted of...a sweet potato mash patty on a dry bun ! No response from management when we asked where the carrot chips or garnish were !More

The new menu is very pricey and the food we ordered was not available. It seems as if some chicken mealies or popcorn fell into the soup. After the first shock of thinking it was a tooth, I found five more in my plate and...my friend at least ten. The waiter went to investigate the strange ingredients and the chef said it was chick peas. They were hard as little rocks and definitely not suitable to have as an ingredient. Definitely not an experience to remember. The service was very slow as well.More
