Stopped by en route from Jhb to the coast...children enjoyed the kiddies fishcakes immensely and us adults two different delicious salads. Great atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely re-visit on our way home.

Fabulous lunch at a beautiful venue! Absolutely best open toasted sandwich ever and I highly recommend the deep fried Brie with cranberry. Portions were more than sufficient for lunch

This restaurant/deli combination has an European ambience, but with enough country style to make you feel at home. The menu has quite different offerings than the usual light lunch fare; nice to see someone making an effort like this. The service was friendly and quick...More

Though it’s in a lovely setting and the quality of the food was well above average, the portion sizes were just not acceptable for the price. In particular the Bubble and Squeak Dish - this should not be served as a main. My husband ordered...More

I visited country market with my wife and a few couples. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the fish cakes as well as the duck and bacon pie were world class. Very excited for the new additions to the menu.

Went for romantic breakfast. But owners have put a noisy play area for ill mannered kids. Eat at "the junction" if you can't control your kids. Otherwise top class food etc.
