This little restaurant is a hidden gem amongst the town's cobbled streets.
We had the mixed starter platter which featured various cold cuts, cheese, a mushroom bruschetta and a bruschetta with melted cheese and truffles along with their traditional fried bread pieces. This already was...divine, and then the mains arrived.
My husband had a fillet steak wrapped in bacon with roast potatoes whilst I had the Tagliata steak (well done as i'm pregnant). Normally, when i ask for this well done it's a waste of money because of course it ruins the meat, but i can honestly say this was the best meat i've ever had. It literally melted in my mouth and was so tasty!
The service is amazing as well, really attentive and friendly, they speak perfect English and the prices are perfectly reasonable. We spent 40EUR each and had: a large starter, two mains, two sides, one desert and one coffee plus two bottles of water and wine.
I would highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area! BravoMore
