Avoid this mcdonalds at champions gate the service is terrible we have been in on different days for different meals and they managed to mess up.our orders everytime particularly missing off drinks having to go to the counter and ask for missed off items after...25 minutes wait time .The staff avoid your eye contact and don't apologise for your wait or messing up your orders think they need to get a manager in there to run it properly or retrain the staff.We were not the only ones everyone's orders were being messed up will not return and if you are after fast food don't go here I could have bought the ingredients and cooked it quicker myself.More

This has to be the rudest, slowest McDonalds I have ever visited. The experience was so bad that I don’t think I’d visit any again. The manger with red/purple hair was slow, looked filthy, took need head to the complaint and was not interested. 40...mins for a takeaway, order incomplete. Stay well away from this place. Shame on you as representatives of McDonalds.More

they are all useless, no one knows what they are doing, waited 40 mins for food considering it’s a “fast food” restaurant, no one gets orders right, rude staff, lying staff. needs to close down, avoid.

My grandson is a picky eater. You can’t go wrong by him with McDonald’s. He will have breakfast pancakes and cheese burgers plain for dinner and lunch. It sounds easy a cheese burger with only cheese. So many spots get this wrong. This crew got...it right for 9 days, multiple orders. Thank youMore

Just goes to show when you read a few poor reviews and notice no-one has put up a review for a while it’s because we’re too nice and don’t want to add to their pain. But service slow and inaccurate, no apology passed to someone...else to resolve. It’s clear the staff are not happy. The usual menu as seen worldwide, service was with a smile, food edible for a quick fix, restaurant was clean.
