Really worth a visit. The lunches are amazing, especially the Korean Burger or Hot Chicken Salad. The setting is lovely especially if you can sit out on the lawn. Ask for a Bombay Gin, a speciality. They also do culinary themed functions which are worth...booking for. It’s also great for children, as there is a play area and many animals to see.More

All of us, ages ranging from 13 to 91, had a great time. Very attentive and professional service. The set menu was well planned and just the right amounts of the different stages - all excellently prepared and presented. We sat outside under the trees...and the setting couldn't be better. The only slight irritation was that, despite the cost being quite pricey, one still had to pay extra for any extras (like coffee).More

We had a wonderful lunch outside under the oaks trees. They have recently opened their light lunch option. Wonderful burger, Korean chicken burger amazing! , open sandwiches and not often you get to enjoy a beautiful salad straight from the garden. Our kids loved the...donkeys, chickens, pit belly pigs. Walked up to their dam for a swim and was able to use their huge swimming pool for the afternoon. Definitely recommend this as an option.More

Select from a good selection of craft gins whilst choosing from the menu.In addition the wine list is excellent & will suit all pockets.Being on a farm & one with an organic garden the vegetables are super fresh & succulent. Whether you choose fish or...meat or "veggie" you won't be disappointed in the size of portions but more important the flavours. All served by an attentive staff. Head chef, Rob, will generally visit each table to check reaction. He is passionate when it comes to all things food.More

Sadly, we only had time to eat twice here. Wish it could have been longer. The owners and staff made us feel totally at home, with a great menu choice of local food.

We stayed at the guest house and we delighted to eat in the restaurant on two following evenings. Service was very friendly, we loved the craft gin menu for aperitifs, the menu offered three starters, three mains and two desserts. We enjoyed our dinner on...both evenings very much: food was nicely seasoned and beautifully presented, with many accompaniments fresh from the gardens. We would've loved to see the menu change on our second evening, though. Without doubt, the chef has some great dishes and it would have been nice to see even more of them. The beetroot falafel was amazing and I am sure there was more where that came from. We enjoyed the local wines menu, too. Recommended, in any case.More

We have enjoyed several visits to the Garden Grill during our local stay. The food is thoughtful, much it locally sourced (or even grown on site) and delicious. Beautiful surroundings and really unusual decor!! Would thoroughly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I went to Stanford for the weekend as a getaway, we decided to try out The Garden Grill for Saturday night dinner, they are only open one night a week so we were very curious. The restaurant is small and very quaint...but WOW the food is incredible! I had beef potstickers in a rich beefy broth, i couldn't help myself but basically slurp up all the broth after I had finished the potstickers, it was incredible! For mains I had lamb cutlets on a bed of smoked sweet potatoe mash, the flavors were outstanding! The mains were served with a vegetable medley, delicious! For dessert i had the white chocolate Creme Brulee, it was just perfect to finish off the evening. What made this experience so much better was that the service was really good and the chef came to chat to us about the farm and food etc. 10/10 Garden Grill! We will be backMore
