We stayed a couple of days st the masseria and dined twice. The food is typical local, prepared with local ingredients. We had pizzas, meat and pasta dishes and they were all well presented with decent portions. Desserts are delicious. Wine of good quality. Staff...is very nice and service is efficient. The “decor” is stunning. The arched room is wonderful. They had a log fire burning. Nice ambiance. We loved it.More

Very underwhelmed by whole experience. Food basic and miniscule portions, breakfast apalling! convinced left overs from previous night. Room very small, shower pressure and temperature very unpredictable. Questionable maintenance on swimming pool. NO BAR!!!! Were forced to leave 2 days early as the couple we...were travelling with had an issue with their room and management were not very helpful in fact probably the worse case of negative customer service i have ever experienced. We were very aggressively told that if we didnt pay for the full 4 nights we had booked legal action would be taken against us even though we had to leave after 2 nights because one of our rooms was uninhabitable due to the overpowering stench. After a very unplesant and intimidating exchange we grudgingly agreed to split the difference and only paid for 1 extra night. Put off whole agriturismo experinence do not recommend in general, very unprofessional and definitely not value for money.More

Good quality food, big portions and very well-mannered waiter. Very romantic atmosphere, perfect for couples and families. It is better to go there on an empty stomach. :)

You might be surprised to have a lovely dinner in a place that somehow resembles a medieval refectory of a convent, but although you are actually dining in what was formerly a barn of an old Masseria, typical farm from Puglia... Apart the environment the...food is superb, well presented and the service is excellent and in the end you will be nicely surprised to discover that the price is not as expensive as you might think...More

We ate here twice while staying at the Masseria. We were underwhelmed by the food and on our third night ate a Skafe which is 5 minutes walk away in the village which I wouldn't say was better quality but it was definitely better value...for money.More

I have been dining at La Gattamora for over 7 years now. The food is local and fresh, the staff are friendly and professional. The garden is a secret gem well worth the visit.

The masseria is a magical place forgot at the beginning of the century, the owners are attentive to propose typical regional food with a modern twist. Great regional wine list, pasta dishes are copious and the starters are so many that we never got to...the desserts! We were there twice and the 2nd time we were lucky enough to eat in the garden, next to the fountain, only 4 tables in a very romantic and quiet set-up. LOVELYMore

Excellent. Hospitable owners, rapid service, good selection of typical, well cooked food, reasonable price. An enjoyable meal, I recommend.

My wife, 2 kids (ages 2 and 4) and I recently attended a wedding rehearsal dinner at Gattamora. This was our first trip to Puglia and a nice way to kick off our exposure to traditional Puglian cuisine. We were a very large group but...the service and quality of food did not waiver. It felt very homely and like sitting in my family's backyard. The ambience of dining outside and exposing ourselves to the cuisine of the Salento area was an amazing experience. We cannot wait to return to Puglia someday and visit Masseria Gatttamora for another memorable meal. I highly recommend as the food, ambience and friendly staff will not disappoint. Buonissimo!More
