Pet friendly restaurant with a secluded garden with a gate that can be closed.
We had a great lunch, lasagne and a chicken mayo jaffle with side salad. Service was quick and very friendly. Exactly what we wanted for a quick stop on a long...day of travelling. Very good value for money.More
We stopped off there one afternoon for a coffee and a snack.
Staff was very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful - despite the owner not being there.
We had excellent service and good food.
Prices were good value for money.
Our second en-route lunch stopover at this lovely restuarant. Two years ago we were heading North to Prince Albert; this time we were heading south to PE. Delicious bobotie, lasagna and melktert and strong coffee! A variety of Aloe products, farm soap, interesting farm jams,...and honey are also for sale. We left satisfied :)More
We always enjoy stopping off here... the staff are very obliging and friendly, the food is good and their cakes are delicious! A great draw card is that the prices are affordable and you don't get the feeling you are being ripped off. I dearly...wanted to pick up some of their locally manufacturerd fruit juice, but unfortunately, due to the punishing drought, they were unable to make any this season. At least I was able to stock up on the Alcare aloe products that they sell!More
Lovely little restaurant in the main street of Uniondale. Excellent service from the very efficient staff. Refreshing to see people sweeping the sidewalks and cleaning the surrounding roads with gusto. No lazy people in sight, everyone does their bit to keep this quaint little town,...neat and clean. Will definitely be back!

Dropped in for a brunch - eggs done exactly as requested - pleasant service - there is dining space outside in a pleasant garden. We are considering this venue for a pensioners outing and extra seating can be organised (given sufficient notice) at Hungry Ghost...across the road.More
