Finest risotto ever in the most relaxing of settings. Tiramisu best in Salento, all prepared by Marco the Ramsay of Puglia.

Horrible service - there was a hair on my fish plate - I pushed it away and it ended on the vegetables. The staff replaced the plate with one with vegetables only. They asked for Desert before the opening of the birthday cake etc etc

What a find! Absolutely lovely little restaurant in the sleepy village of Vignacastrisi . It really is as good as you would any in any European city but at a fraction of the price. The food, based mainly around fish, is innovative and modern. I...would highly recommend the seafood tasting menu, it was divine. Lovely friendly staff with superb knowledge of local wines.More

Extraordinary meal (we had the linguine with mussels and clams and the nocciola dessert), absolutely friendly staff, nice and shaded location! Parking spot vis á vis of the restaurant (30 mins for free) Total recommendation!

As guests of the Palazzo Guglielmo, we ate here a number of times during our stay and every time was a delight. The menu provides a good variety of delicious options. One of our favourite dishes was the curried pasta with mussels. Cooked to perfection...and beautifully presented. Run by a friendly and hard working husband and wife team. Guisy takes great care in helping you come to the right food choice and sommelier Antonio's expertise in Puglian wines is a real education.More

This little place is worth a visit if you are staying next door at Palazzo Guglielmo, or in nearby Castro. The catch of the day is a nice treat, but regional specialties like seafood linguine, orchiette with turnip greens, and pasta with anchovies are also...great. Wine selection is full of light Puglia wines that go great with seafood. Don't skip the lemon sorbet on a hot day. We couldn't get enough of this place!More

Excellent food and wine. Antonio is a brilliant sommelier and his knowledge of local wines is superb. We ate most nights here and enjoyed every meal. The meals were always good quality and reasonably priced.

Great food... With friendly service!! Antonio and the team can not be more helpful! One night we walked to the other local restaurant to have a change and that was a mistake we did not eat well at all! In fact we return back here...were we ordered some cheese and puddings to make up for our poor meal we just had else where! The fried calamari are my favourite! We also had a fun night at the wine tasting evening event that they offer too!More
