I was recommended to stay at Pascals by a friend who had stayed here previously. It certainly lived up to its reputation. From check in through to departure we were treated like VIPs even down to delivering Sunday lunch to our room for us to...reheat as the restaurant is closed Sunday evenings. The evening meal and the following breakfasts were delicious, the room was very well appointed. We were entertained by the very amiable and amusing Johan on the Saturday evening at the bar and later as we dined and it got busy he never failed to keep attention on everyone. The owners assortment of dogs and cats as well as the amazing collections of Art Deco pieces on display around the restaurant was enough to make it a real homely and comfortable place to spend a weekend. I will certainly recommend it as a stop off.More

Nice little place in the small town of Napier. I read about their cheesecake in a review of TripAdvisor. Really worth the stop! Will never pass this one in the future.

A rainy day we stopped on our way to Arniston at Pascal’s at Napier. What a surprise! The authentic ambiance was amazing. The food well presented with friendly attendance. The Cape Malay Bobotie was the right choice for a rainy day. The wine was good,...will surely come again!More

Beautiful, funky spot. Jason the waiter was super awesome with his service. Best lamb shank and homemade lemonade I have ever had. My husband loved the smoothie he had and enjoyed his burger as well.

What a great stay over in this small town called Napier. Pascals was a menagerie of colours & arifacts. Simple pleasures in life are only appreciated, when you are reminded of them. What a great host and staff. Old school genuine hospitality like you don't...get in the big cities anymore. Herbs and vegetables grown in the garden - served up with your meal! If your idea of heaven is going home to mom's house and sitting around while someone spoils. Then Pascals is for you. Even the dogs were great.More

We were there for one night and had the time of our lives. Mark and the rest of his team went out their way to make our night unforgettable. Accommodation is neat, clean with everything you need. I may say, Pascal's restaurant is one of...my TOP RESTAURANTS i have been to. My opinion, you can't drive through or sleep at Napier and not go to Pascals Restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and went the extra mile. Thank you to everyone, we can not wait to come back.More

We visit Pascal's every year when we're in Napier and always receive a warm welcome, great good and fabulous hospitality. We only visited the restaurant once on our recent trip but were welcomed like old friends from all the team (animals included) - it's definitely...mind of restaurant you immediately feel at home in. With an interesting array of art and nicknacks to look at inside and a lovely outside area, Pascal's also has a great menu with a wide selection to choose from. Whilst we were waiting for our food, load shedding (planned times electricity outages lasting for a couple of hours) occurred, but the owners took this as an opportunity to speak with the guests while their generator kicked in. Owners Mark and Stephen are superb hosts and really go out of their way to make a visit to Pascal's a delightful dining experience. When our food arrived, it all tasted great and 3 of us managed to get a dessert in. Their cheesecake is legendary and well worth trying. I also have to mention their cocktails as I had an amazing frozen gin cocktail. I can't remember what it was called but it was so delicious I had a second one (though I must admit I felt slightly and delightfully tipsy once I'd had them both). Although we didn't stay in Pascal's accommodation, we have on 4 previous occasions and they are also lovely. We always take the same self-contained unit, but I think they now have 3 and the views are stunning and the walk to the restaurant through the gardens is a joy. All in all, Pascal's is your perfect pit stop for a few nights in this cute town, which is only a short drive (30mins) to some beautiful beaches, Agulhas where the oceans meet, and some lovely walks.More

My husband and I went to Pascals for lunch en route to Montagu after our wedding and it was the best post weekend lunch! First meal I’ve had where I didn’t care about fitting into my wedding dress and it didn’t disappoint (ha ha!) I...had the beef burger and my partner had the Alfredo pasta, with a side of the jalapeño peppers, felt like we’d died and gone to foodie heaven. Not to mention the Bloody Mary with a perfect amount of spice! Absolutely delicious, we recommend going hungry as portions are extremely generous! Beautiful Garden/balcony vibe with gorgeous doggies lounging at your feet soaking up the sun. The perfect lunch and relaxation spot post hectic wedding weekend. Would highly recommend a pit stop here in this quaint little town.More

Hi there - we do a set two course with main and dessert. There is a meat option and a vegetarian option (vegetarians to advise in advance) At this stage the menu has not been finalised.
