Ate at Lazlo's Bistro for breakfast in the summer while we were up at the family cottage vacationing. This eatery has had a fresh facelift on the outside, with newer picnic tables all brightly painted, lovely planters and music playing. I always order pancakes when...trying someplace new for breakfast and these were fantastic! I basically built my own breakfast of 3 pancakes with added blueberries, $10. All 3 were a good size, just the right fluffiness and not burned on the bottom, Blueberries were distributed all throughout the batter in copious amounts per pancake - not just 2 or 3 berries per pancake - I like when restaurants don't skimp on the fruit or other added bits to pancakes (like chocolate chips for instance) - if it is a blueberry pancake, serve a blueberry pancake - so happy to see they did! A sprinkling of cinnamon and the syrup was not overly sweet. My boyfriend ordered the traditional breakfast for $11 - 3 eggs with toast and he chose breakfast sausage (could have bacon or ham), and the home fries, plus a side of debreceni sausage for $4. Tea and coffee. The lady serving us was friendly. We really enjoyed our meal and will be going back again next year!More

Needing a night off cooking this was a great alternative. The pizza is really good - lots of other options that sounded good also for next time to try. The Canadian and Veggie pizzas were liked by all. The slices are large and filling. Prices...are reasonable - three pizzas for under $70 with tax and tip for good quality food.More

We just spent 4 nights in Sauble Beach and 2 of our 4 dinners were from Lazlo’s. We were camping at Carsons Camp and on our first night we didn’t feel like cooking after setting up so we ventured into town. This was a Sat...and everywhere was packed with huge line ups. I had noticed Lazlo’s a little further up from the beach on our way in and we decided to give it a try. So glad we did!! It wasn’t packed like the other places on the main drag so we were seated on their lovely patio right away. I had the Greek salad and my husband had a calzone. Both kids (teens) ordered pizza. OMG, best pizza I’ve had in so long! The crust is amazing, my son who NEVER eats crust even devoured his! We use to love Antica’s in Niagara Falls but have found that they have gone down hill since expanding and becoming more well known. This pizza reminded me of how Antica’s use to be when it was a small unknown place. We loved it so much we ordered pizza for takeout on our last night and had it at the campground. Highly recommend this restaurant!More

The pizza here is so so so good. The crust is incredible. Nice air pockets, perfectly chewy, & crisp, w/ delightful & inventive flavor combinations from a classic margarita to the bacon + dill pickle. Also worth mentioning, their to go soup : ‘meal in...a jar’ are very good. I particularly enjoy the bone broth beef goulash & the pork sauerkrautMore

Had a great cordon blu schnitzel and my wife had a great regular schnitzel with excellent service and a nice patio. Pizzas going by to other tables also looked very to tempting. I think I would go to this place often if I lived in...the area.More

I have had numerous experiences with this restaurant since moving to Sauble in 2020, and have yet to be disappointed. The food is prepared to order using fresh ingredients, and the service is always friendly and efficient. On my last visit, they were extremely busy...(unexpectedly so for a Tuesday night) and short of serving staff, but the food was still every bit as good as usual and worth a short wait: normally their service is very fast indeed... Their pizza is without doubt one of the best I have ever tasted, putting their chain competition to shame, while their other dishes - family members have had sandwiches, schnitzel, pasta, and burgers over various visits - and all were home made and delicious. During the lockdown, they spent the time setting up a very pleasant dining area which enhances the whole experience. All in all, I would highly recommend Lazlo's when you are at Sauble Beach.More

My wife and I have eaten in and had take out food from Lazlo's. Everything is fresh and homemade. Their pizza is the best. Try the mushroom and Brie pizza. Also, the homemade soups and cabbage rolls are fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and staff are...very friendly. During the summer months they serve a very nice breakfast as well.More
