This restaurant in my humble opinion is the best restaurant in Arc 2000 (by far) and better than any in Arc 1950. It boils down to the basics. 1. It is a ski resort, so it gets busy, particularly at lunch time. If you don’t book a table (either inside or out) you will be disappointed. 2. The staff are well drilled and the kitchen very well organised. All the staff are polite, warm, friendly and try to be accommodating. 3. The food was amazing. Good portion sizes, excellent well cooked ingredients. When you put all the above together, it is a winning formula and we are at the restaurant once for dinner and 4 times for lunch. We had apres-ski drinks there most days! It is a country mile better than the other restaurants we experienced where we had the grumpy unwelcoming waiter/waitress, paltry portion sizes of microwaved food or simply the restaurants that couldn’t be bothered to serve the a la carte after 13:30!! Make it a destination, book a table (lunch and dinner) and it will not disappoint.

What a lovely place to eat at whatever time. Service is good, the staff friendly and menu choices great for all tastes. Depends on your budget as it’s not cheap but won’t break the bank. Courses about €20 each very good portions we had a midday meal so maybe different in the evenings but typical french menu well served and fresh produce

Le Savoy provided a lovely first meal on my latest holiday to Les Arcs and the local specialty of Tartiflette was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly, the restaurant felt nice, and the good was delicious. Solid 4/5 stars

This is a place we have often eaten at in past years. Our waiter was helpful and delightfully friendly, but sadly the menu which is standard for the slopes seemed to be less good. Huge portions of not special stuff. But one of us who ordered Dame Blanche off menu (how could vanilla ie cream with hot choclate not be on menu?) was given it for free - he was very happy!

The location is perfect, the atmosphere is cozy and the afternoon tea is absolutely tasty and great value. However, the service can be vary. Multiple occasions the service was unbelievably slow and so unfriendly. We visited here last year and it was horrible service thinking it could be short staffed due to COVID. Nothing is changed this year. I feel the most staff genuinely don't care about the service as they know they will get people in because of the location.

Nicely decorated a busy atmosphere. The first table we sat at the banquette was soaking & we were quickly moved toward the back of the restaurant. The main meals we ordered were poor quality. The chicken was a tiny under done leg & the ‘pasta’ was tepid. We stayed for desert because we’re we’re all still hungry and they were huge! A slab of tarte citron which honestly could have fed 2 if not more & a very strange cream/meringue concoction with I’d guess almost a full can of squirt cream. I really wanted to like this venue but sadly it just didn’t deliver good food. We had reservation at the sister restaurant for later in the week which we cancelled for fear of another expensive let down. A saving grace was one of the male waiters we had was very amiable. If only the food had matched his service levels.

Probably the worst restaurant in Les Arcs. Fish and chips resembled burnt deep fried findus with reheated wrinkled chips. My husband’s chicken was like a bullet and my daughter’s garlic bread (16euro) with cheese was essentially a baguette covered in melted cheese, dry and impenetrable. Decor is lovely but incredibly overpriced and weird menu with many items unavailable (hence the fish and chips!).

We took the trouble to book so we arrived on time! We can't find our reservation then 5 minutes later yes but in the first 3 letters of our name!! Ok….but why the 20 minute wait?? The dishes are served in a hurry by overwhelmed waiters... far from worth the detour

We have had a snack lunch several times on the terrace and it has been good. Today it was snowing heavily so we decided to have something more substantial inside. Sorry to say it was poor. I had fish which was scrappy bits in too much batter and cold chips. My husband’s chicken was hopelessly overcooked and very dry. Maybe end of the season and the chef has given up? Let’s hope it is better next season.

Reservations recommended at lunchtime, friendly welcome, very professional staff. We had a great time there. Only one downside: we were on a table at the back in front of a large piece of furniture needed for serving (a sort of sideboard), so the waiters were constantly passing by on each side of the table to get bread,....

The restaurant was full when we arrived, but we were able to sit at the bar. It is, therefore, advisable to make a reservation. We first enjoyed some wines, followed by some delicious dishes. I loved their Classic French Onion Soup. Relaxed atmosphere, helpful, and friendly staff.

Fast and friendly service. The place is very nice.. The dishes were good and the desserts were plentiful. Downside: the truffle fondue whose truffle taste was to say the least...discreet. Opt for the classic fondue (which was very good!)

Unlikely evening. Really friendly, attentive and efficient service. Particularly pleasant and warm decor. Top bartender, with original cocktails. The kitchen is a total failure. The products are of quality, but with a very disappointing end result - the truffle stew had no truffles. The cabbage was al dente - the prime rib was of high quality but arrived cold at the table. Coming back from the kitchen she had put it in the microwave, - gratin dauphinois should be avoided. The fried vegetable is not fried and had been cooked in water. - the fries and bread were good - the red mondeuse was excellent The boss wasn't there this evening. Which must explain this. In the end and paradoxically, we had a good evening because the welcome was really extraordinary.

Had a lovely lunch here on the last day of our trip - sat outside in beautiful sunshine. Great food, great service. Also enjoyed a post-ski lesson hot chocolate here a few times.

I like this place! It’s typical alpine in style with equally typical food. Table service is good and friendly. Nice atmosphere. You pay a little more than elsewhere, but get that bit more in the total package. Well worth a stop.
