We were staying nearby and visited the Nags Head on 2 evenings for dinner. Fabulous food and superb service on both occasions. Excellent cask ales (much better than the local competition) and the most amazing Sunday Raost! We will definitely be back with our friends.

Really nice food, came out really hot. Everything is homemade and cooked to perfection. The best food I’ve had in a while, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and kind. Great for anyone to go to and definitely worth the money.

What a lovely little find and a nice experience we had today. Being new residents in the area, we wanted to try out the local pub and we were not disappointed. Upon entry, received a warm reception from both staff and customers alike. The pub...was well populated, with families enjoying Xmas celebrations, and the staff were clearly busy but they still had time to have a friendly chat. Paul, the manager, was very passionate about the pub, and this was evident from the way he spoke about it and from his actions. The decor is warm and inviting and the food was fresh, and plentiful, and to hear that they are dog friendly is another bonus in our books too! We would have loved to have stayed on to listen to the live music, but were unable to on this occasion, so we are hoping that Welsh restrictions will be lifted in the not too distant future so we can experience all this lovely little pub has to offer. We will be back for sure though, and very soon!More

My girlfriend and I visited the Nags Head this afternoon and we are still talking about it now. We had a lovely warm welcome from Paul the manager who allowed us to pick where we felt comfortable to sit. Service was quick especially as 5...other couples came in within 15 minutes of us. The food was flawless with great presentation and great sizing. Paul checked on us throughout to ask if everything was ok and for drink top ups. When Paul collected the plates we told him how impressed we were and asked to pass our thanks to the kitchen which he said he would certainly tell Patrick the chef. Very good price for food and drinks and lovely to not have anything be wrong through the whole visit. Can't recommend highly enough.More
