We visited them on 8/12/2023 for lunch. My main was a grilled calamari with chips. Never have I seen calamari tubes that were 1cm wide. Marble sized tubes. The lemon butter sauce that was drizzled over their in house sauce, combined with salt and lemon juice that I had to add, still did not improve the taste. This was a very small tasteless portion.I am curious to know the weight of their portion of calamari as the main was like a starter sized dish. Our meals were delayed even though we ordered at the same time. Meals were served very far apart.Whilst some were half way through their meals, others were still waiting for orders. R32 for a can of coke, whereas a 2L is around R25.I would rather pay R100 for a 2L if they sold it. Maybe I am out of touch with reality, but, this pricing is certainly extreme.
Our waitress only checked on us once, when we were almost done with our meals.
I did not see the need to complain as I was rushing to get out of there,instead of waiting for a replacement or free meal.
For the price and quality, there are way better options available elsewhere.
P.S. The chips were not bad
