We visited shibuya crossing and was hungry and super delighted to find out that a well reviewed restaurant recommended by many. We waited a bit in line but thats to be expected given alot of restaurants in tokyo are usually small. We were welcomed by...amazing friendly staff. We were seated somewhere at the back and I love that you are seated next to people. The food arrives so fast and since its a conveyer belt place, it definitely makes the dining experience unique. I don’t remember the prices but remember it being so affordable. Me and my husband ate so much and I believe we paid around 25 CAD. I recommend sticking to the cheap plates they were delicious and so many good options! Also every seat comes with hot water and matcha green tea powder and thats complimentary and it was so good! Also try the melon (green) soft drink it was sooo yum! If you want a unique, central, delicious and affordable place, I totally recommend this place! 10/10!More

We loved our experience eating at a Genki Sushi restaurant (we ate at the one in the heart of Shinjuku). The eating stations are cleverly laid out - you've got your own hot water faucet with green tea powder to keep yourself hydrated, a screen...(in multiple languages) to order your sushi, and a conveyor belt to delightfully pick up your order when it comes zooming at you. The prices are the cheapest we've seen, and the sushi is very tasty. There are gluten-free options too, but not all the staff are informed about it (even if you bring a translated gluten free allergy card). However, there are a few basic dishes you can have, including the rice with raw cut tuna, shrimp, and salmon dishes (they arrive plain and without any soy sauce on it), and refreshing slices of pineapple for dessert. Enjoy this memorable experience!More

This place serve cheap sushi most of the sushi cost 100 yen. You choose your sushi from the ipad than they deliver the sushi from conveyor belt. My favorite Fatty salmon and salmon with mayo. The place may be very busy and sometimes you have...to wait in line. Should try when you in Japan.More

Quick, fresh, flavorful and entertaining! Got like 10 plates of sushi, and 2 bottles of sake for $25.

Very touristy Sushi spot!!! If you want the experience of this type of sushi train then for sure give it a try. It’s busy (packed with tourists) inexpensive, and ok for a fast little taste of sushi. BUT it’s very average sushi and definitely not...indicative of the amazing options available in the area... Unsure as to why it has been awarded a certificate of excellence, other than perhaps the fact that so many people visit...More

A really good place for Sushi. Cheap and very comfortable to order. Sometimes you have to wait in a line but it‘s worth. Easy to find im shibuya area.

Yes, it is relatively inexpensive, but there is a reason... it really isn't very good. There are plenty of better conveyer belt sushi restaurants around. Relatively small, unimpressive pieces of fish on pre-formed blocks of rice. Curious that it has such a high rating. This...one is filled with tourists, not locals. That should tell you all you need to know.More

We eat here ( and other sushi places) every time we fly to Tokyo. Inexpensive, fresh, beautiful to look at, and delicious! I feel no guilt no matter how many I consume. It's also interactive fun to place my order on the laptop and the...sushi is delivered to me via fast conveyor belt (not the slow kind with pre-made plates that go round and round).More

Conveyor belt sushi was so much fun! Everyone has their own stool and orders were taken on the iPad. Click for English. The prices were very reasonable which also made it fun to try new sushi dishes. A person can only order 3 dishes at...one time. The food whisks by and if it’s your order,it stops in front of you. My husband isn’t a fan of sushi but he still found food to order. The Japanese are so efficient and innovative, wish we had a similar restaurant in the US.More

If you’re a fan of sushi and efficiency, this is the place for you! You will be seated at a long bench, each with a tablet to order your sushi, with the plates being delivered within minutes to the conveyer in front of you. The...dream.More

There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.

Never heard of fish being "halal"... if you stick to fish and veggies you should be okay. No fish (at least that I saw on the menu) was made with alcohol. Many options for you!
