I am usually not a big fan of ramen but this ramen was really amazing. I ordered cilantro ramen, which was very tasty. Even though I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, totally worth it.

This place has a reputation for serving spicy food but, you can order as much or as little as you like. The meal was excellent.

Visited on New Year’s Day - line out the door and took about 35 minutes to be seated. It is easy to see why this ramen shop is rated in the top 50 in Tokyo by Ramen Beast. I ordered the premium ramen with extra...pork/egg - they specifically ask you for the heat level that you want (5 levels) and went for the ‘less’ level as I really wanted the dish to shine without the heating cutting in. The broth is quite thick and has a deep, rich taste - the hero of the dish is the char sui pork - I will be having dreams about it for the rest of my life - quite possibly the best pork I have ever tasted. Clearly pork belly and it was so thick - not the usual thin slices that you get. I have a big appetite (and I had not eaten breakfast) and I just managed to finish the bowl. This is the BEST place in Tokyo for ramen. There was a line up but it’s worth the wait. Order via the ticket machine.

You order via a vending Machine that is also in english. Once you get in its like you are transfered into another world with all the decoration that is inside. The Ramen is very tasty and you can order it in different spice levels, just...how you like it. It gets only 4 stars because the music insde is pretty loud and mainly consits of loud noices which I personally found pretty annoying.More

This is probably the best Ramen I've ever had. I highly recommend getting the Tokusei Karashibi Miso Ramen (Premium). Don't be scared of the spice and go with Medium on both if you don't know what to do. The chunks of pork are succulent and...the flavoring of the broth is next level...so rich! Enjoy!More

The best thing I ate during a 2 week trip around Japan, in fact I’d go as far as to say it’s in my top 3 meals ever. Went back a second time on our last night. ‘Premium Ramen’ is what to go for. Broth...is a straight up flavour bomb, pork is suuuuper tender and flavourful, plenty of noodz and the egg, babycorn and beansprouts round it out perfectly. I went medium/medium on the chilli and sansho, was quite spicy and leaves you with fat, tingling lips but was spot on for me. Also the atmosphere inside the place is very cool, everyone sits along the bar so you can see the chefs at work, fellow diners we’re a mix of locals and tourists, groups and solos. I tried other ramen while I was in Japan and none came close to this (I wasn’t a fan of that weird tonkatsu smell though so if that’s your thing then maybe this isn’t for you) Will be my #1 must-do recommendation for friends, work colleagues etc. that go to Tokyo.More
