This restaurant gives you the feel of escaping every day life just for a bit. It has a vintage chic feel. The decorating keeps you captivating and is very well balanced. The food is fantastic with big portions.

Beautiful setting, AAA+ service and the food was very good. The coffee wemt down nicely and enjoying breakfast in the garden was special. It is an excellent alternative to the chain eateries. Highly recommended..
When I arrived I greeted with a friendly smile and was asked where I would like to sit. The waitress was more than friendly and the breakfast really good. They have something different there and not the boring old breakfasts. Lovely ambiance and décor.
I visit Chocolat often on my last two visits I felt a bit embarrassed. Both times I phoned and make a booking, both times they did not have the booking when I arrived. I was with friends and this was not a good experience.
One of our favourite Durbanville restaurants. The food is always good, the staff attentive and helpful and the place brims with old world charm. We will keep coming back for good quality breakfasts, lunches and dinner.
