This is not one of my favorite dishes but I tried it ones and it was delicious. On my last trip to SIngapore I just had to try Bak Kut Teh which is a famous pork rib dish . Now I regret I havent even tried it before when we were still living in Singapore.
But my recommendation is for...
The fish is must try, very fresh and tender, i came here twice already, the fish is always my must call dish, the manager here, Wendy is friendly and patience, will slowly explain all the beers they have here, they carry beers from all around the globe, everytime i finish my drinks, i will have the urge to try others.
If you are craving for Hong Kong quality egg tarts, this is where you can get your fox without burning a hole in your pocket. The egg tart is not too sweet, just right and the pastry is flaky, not too overwhelming. One can easily savor 3 pieces at one go.
But clean environment
The beef soup brew for a long time
The aroma is just amazing
Side dishes - preserved pickles and nuts increase
Just ear and go
