The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.

I spent 4 months working in Milano, and discovered the glorious Navigli. Cant beat it for Aperitivo. Every which way you turn, great deals for the cocktail hours with all you can eat of finger food.So atmospheric, bustling with life. The canal dates back 800 years but in 1482 Leonardo's first task when he arrived in Milano, was to improve...
We walked slowly around the Navigli channel, suddenly saw an anonymous church, the door was open and there was no one inside, it was very quiet.
There was an atmosphere that affected people in the silence, we watched the works in it for a long time, it created a great feeling on us.
I was able to learn the name...
"Eclectic Delightful Dishes and Excellent Service"
reviewed 9 February 2020 by wabberto
My husband and I had a lovely late afternoon lunch. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only suggestion we have is to heat the plates for serving hot dishes - otherwise, excellent. Don’t come here expecting to order any kind of staple lunch food but you will not be disappointed.
"Perfect location, quiet, modern and fully equipped"

The residence is located in the beautiful and hip Navigli neighborhood at the intersection of multiple canals along which restaurants and bars are packed one next to the other. It is also close to two subway stations and one regional train station.
The rooms are quiet, clean, modern, comfortable and fully equipped, though the semi-cylindrical shower box does not properly...
Arrived in Milan on a very rainy Sunday but this made this lovely hotel even more cosy and special. Even in the rain Naviglio is a great area to be in with lots of great restaurants and bars. We had a great view over the canal and the nearby Brellin restaurant for lunch and Bar Rita for evening aperitivos made...
The location is amazing, right in front of the Navigli Canal, walking distance to many restaurants and very close to the metro station. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, there are artworks everywhere, making the place very colorful. The breakfast was included in the price and it was not disappointing at all.
