Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is Rome’s popular "getaway" neighbourhood, coveted for its greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili, is the area's centrepiece with affordable prices and peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away from the centre to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos. Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public transport, this family-oriented area is literally a well-deserved walk in the park.
Fun atmosphere. Great drinks! The guys here are to kind and fun to chat with and helped us find a game to play. Try one of the specialty drinks. Good place to grab a bite and relax while playing a game. Cool decor. Lots of gaming, comic, fantasy related things to check out. If we ever get back to Rome...
The church of St. Susan at the Baths of Diocletian, located on the Quirinal hill in Piazza San Bernardo, was built on the house and place of martyrdom of St.Susan (295 AD), probably in the IV century,
It was just outside the Servian walls.
The current modern church was built between 1585 and 1603.
A first reconstruction was ordered by...
Very nice park with a little shabby fountains. It can use a little bit cleaning, but park itself is very beautiful and comfortable to have a picknic or sit on the bench and read a book. Many dog owners with their pets.
Wonderful! The food, service and atmosphere was amazing! I had the spaghetti with mussels and butter sauce and my husband had calamari linguine and of course tiramisu! All the food was top notch and the service was great. Highly recommended!!!
What a fantastic little spot in Rome. Really bright and beautiful interior with a fantastic menu. Great portion size and very keenly priced, you really couldn't beat it.
My hotel was half an hour walk away but I came back 3 times it was that good!

"Perfection from a multi generation family business."

I stumbled across the restaurant on accident walking the wrong way to the train station. The perfect corner setting, and cute pergola conveying the outdoor seating was inviting enough. Once I learned the same family is running the business and they have been open since 1931, (ergo the name) I had to try it. The original pasta recipe served in...
Hostaria Pamphili, hidden in the Roman residential neighborhood Monteverde Vecchio, has been a true revelation. The restaurant’s chef discloses its competence offering an excellent and innovative cuisine keeping an eye to the tradition. Mattia is a keen host always available to satisfy your requests with a smile. Not cheap but with a good quality/price ratio. The food is so delicious...

Its a lovely little apartment with clean rooms, fresh linens and very spacious as well. Bathrooms were spacious and very clean with toiletries. The caretaker was amazing and she took care of all our needs and customized our breakfast as we requested. Very sweet lady
The staff here were fantastic! So helpful and always on hand!
The only down side to this hotel is that it is up a very steep hill. So if you are walking it's quite tiring!
Rooms were immaculate and breakfast was perfect!

Thanks to the hotel for the excellent service.
Rooms are cleaned every day.Decent service and nice price, convenient location in the city.
Nearby there is a tram stop that will quickly reach the center of Rome!
Breakfast were quite bad. Everything was sweet and not best quality. There were not a lot of options to choose. Bathroom was not clean. Service do not clean rooms everyday and they do not change towels. Room was big enough and bed was comfortable. Air condition has only cold options :(
