The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.

"Top shopping and department stores"

The stores may disagree, but Oxford Street with less people fighting their way along the pavements is more pleasant than the mad crush we used to have.
About 90% of the shops seemed to have re-opened and pavements have been widened to enable social distsncing, with antiseptic gel at various locations.
Hopefully, things are now looking up for the future...
Soho Square is just a short walk from Oxford Street. It is a small square but very busy. Many people visit from somewhere to sit and chill out and also to go and have some lunch.
It's well tended and a nice place to sit when the weather is good.
I went here to meet a group of friends for coffee - good coffee! Relaxed atmosphere.
We went in the Gallery itself for a short trip - didn't have time to stay long as we had a restaurant booking. But what we saw, we enjoyed. The 5th floor is an exhibition about Soho in its heyday. The fourth floor is...
What I like about London in general is that you can be who you want to be, especially Old Compton Street. I do not profess to know much about the LGBT community, but I seem a lot of openness about it here, which is lovely. Nice to see people happy. Vibrant street and I had. A couple of nice coffees...
"Usually a great experience except on one occasion "

I love visiting the temple room and the restaurant downstairs. If you get the timing right, you get to to experience the dressed up deities and chanting. Lovely atmosphere.
I visited during a festival recently and the devotees our in a play about the life of Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Very simplistic storytelling but the blatant mockery of another religion was distasteful...
Love the original Cahoots, but until that reopens this is a nice alternative. Great drinks and ambiance, and they were lovely at accommodating our additional guests but within social distancing guidelines.
I have been to Scarlett Green for many times. Food and drinks are always very good, this place I have recommended to all my friends to come!
Also, the service is perfect. Very friendly staffs and professional manager Stephen who left me a deep impression. Stephen look after us very well, can see he pays attention to every table and...
What a find!
Had an amazing time - family of 5
The steaks are fantastic and you can tell they are grass fed.
We had the pleasure of being served by Aaron who was - informative, attentive, helpful and not at all in your face. Top marks Aaron, love you!
Puddings are a little unkown as they only had one...
I have visited this unique, vibrant underground treasure many times. Every visit, is just as memorable as the last one.
The cocktails and atmosphere is simply devine. It is, undoubtedly the best cocktail bar I have ever visited in London.
The staff are amazing. They are always very polite and helpful. On our last visit, we were served by Stefania....

We were in London for a charity ball and decided to treat ourselves and stay in London for another night and opted for Cafe Royal having stayed at the Corinthia the year before.
From the moment you set foot in this place it’s pure luxury. The staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The building itself is stunning...
The hotel is in fantastic location, everything is near. There are few tube stations nearby, a lot of theatres and all other famous places which is worth to visit. The staff here is excellent and very welcoming. Thank you very much for your amazing hospitality!
I spent an enjoyable afternoon in the Soho Hotel sampling some of their large variety of excellent cocktails. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable surroundings. The cocktails are tasty, the decor is excellent and a very relaxing place to meet up with friends or business associates.
The location is ideal in the middle of soho. Public areas are very modern and staff were very nice. Room was spacious, the bed was comfy but a little soft for my preference but still very plush. Air con worked well and TV was fine. Decor of the room was quite minimal but decent enough. Little tip if you like...
Amazing value for money in a prime location. I’ve been to other afternoon tea experiences in London where I have paid more than £80 but this one is the same, if not better. I recommend this afternoon tea to anyone visiting London.
