Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
It’s so great that this newsagent’s stall survives. There are so few like it left now, although they’re common right across Europe, especially in big cities. It’s thought to be London’s oldest family newsagent, having been trading since 1892. Long may it continue. It’s certainly very popular and always busy when I walk past.
This one doesn't get the reviews like the more famous churches/cathedrals and it wasn't one I ad particularly planned to see but I'm glad I did.
It is a beautiful church with amazing stained-glass windows.
Right next to Sloane Square underground station.
A bus north from there will take you up to the Harrods and Hyde Park area.
The prawn salad was phenomenal and well presented. The beef was has an enormous serving portion, cooked to order and perfectly juicy. The atmosphere was very posh- there was live jazz music and a singer
We visited Petrus tonight and to say it was completely fabulous is an understatement. The food was amazing, the staff were attentive without being intrusive and friendly without being patronising. Another great Gordon Ramsay restaurant to tick off our bucket list. Thank to everyone who made our evening so special. We will be back.
I actually enjoyed this creative cooking very much. But I was here like more than a year ago. I dont know what happened and it is a shame if they couldnt keep up the quality they served when I visited this place
This is a very good Italian restaurant which never fails to impress. I loved both the octopus starter and my black spaghetti with lobster main course. Service as always efficient, friendly and discrete plus a tempting wine menu.
I visited the Hotel and stayed for one night. The Hotel is very stylish, clean and the standard rooms are a good size. W had lunch in the bar area and the food was very good. When I'm back in the area, I will definitely stay again.
"5 Star Afternoon Tea and impeccably served in gorgeous room"

Have been for many afternoon teas in many different locations - the Lanesborough is up there with the best (Claridges). Arrival - met with friendly smile and escorted to the Afternoon Tea lounge - coat taken, escorted through to the table. My husband had reserved tea for 2pm on a Saturday - hungry and thirsty (after a 20 minute walk...
Exceptional hotel, great staff that were very friendly, greeted me by name whenever they saw me and couldn't do enough to help. Of particular note was when I added a couple of days on my reservation by booking a new room on their website. By the time I went down to reception, the associate had printed me a new key....
Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend with my husband and have no idea why we have not stayed here before we have been missing out!
The staff at The Berkeley were just a delight couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay.
Our room was decorated to a high standard, all furniture, bedlinen and towels etc were of...
The suites are devine and the service exceeds all expectations I cannot wait to return after the refurbishment and see the finishing touches. The staff make you feel as thou you're the only guest in the entire hotel, above and beyond and no request is too big to accommodate.
