It's the original recipe from south Italy way to make Lasagna pasta. Red tomato souce, ricotta cheese, minced beef, parmigiano and basel leaves.
Bolognese Lasagna made with classic bolognese souce and original parmigiano.
BOLOGNESE LASAGNA:
It's the original recipe from north Italy way to make Lasagna pasta. Bolognese souce made with tomato souce and carrots cooked with minced beef meat, parmigiano and basel leaves.
Zucchini parmigiana with mozzarella cheese and ham. Also served in grilled ciabatta bread.
GATTOPARDO PASTA:
It's a recipe cooked in a special cup named "gattopardo" with slice of eggplant  in bottom and filled of pennette pasta with fresh tomato souce, parmigiano reggiano and some basel leaves.
BARLEY AND VEGETABLE SALAD:
