We thank Carolyn J for the compliments regarding the luxurious furnishings of our hotel, the good breakfast we serve, and our staff. However the review part concerning the food leave us very surprised. We cater every day for several functions (gala dinners, weddings, birthdays etc..), people who are proud to choose the prestige of our hotel and food to celebrate their memorable moments. In Italy sauces are used mainly to meet the taste of International guests, especially with main courses, such as meat or fish. The Italian tradition is to use fresh products and let them cook slowly, with some Mediterranean herbs, not adding sauces which can modify the taste. Anyway, as guest Carolyn asserts we are always at disposal in case our food doesn’t meet guests expectations.
