Where the work of Ferran and Albert Adria stopped, Eduard Xatruch continued. His constant curiosity for new techniques, such as stuffing a brioche with caviar or taking the pasta out of carbonara, make Disfrutar what it is: a well-deserved two star restaurant that is on its way
