Tranquilitas MTB trails offers what few trail centers have. 80km of single-track at an altitude of 1600m to 2000m above sea level. Not many trail centers have 4-5km of downhill flow-runs, Tranquilitas has 4 such lines where not a single pedal-stroke is required to descend the entire run. These trails cater for all skill levels and can be ridden with most bikes. Shuttle services are offered to groups on request. Secret Forest: (Blue Arrows) 7km Beginner/Intermediate Rooibaard: (Red Arrows) 12.5km Intermediate/Technical Black Magic (Black Arrows) 4.5km Intermediate/Advanced Trail X: (Orange Arrows) 2,5km one way - 5 km return Strenuous/Advanced The Gink (Pink arrows) 18km 349m elevation Beginner/Intermediate - most popular route Mountain Traverse (Yellow arrows) 36 km 986m elevation Intermediate/Advanced - technical/strenuous Shuttle trails (Purple arrows) 3,8km to 4,5km, 300m descent 3 flow trails of similar length and gradient (Fireball, Gobstopper & Gumdrop) – can be ridden at any time but can also be shuttled by prior arrangement (vehicle uplift). Wonderland Crags is a rock climbing mecca. The area consists of multiple cliffs starting from Tranquilitas Farm to the MCSA area. Over 600 bolted climbing routes exist in the immediate area. Grades ranging from 12 (4a French/ 5.4USA) to 33 ( 8b French/5.14aUSA).
