    Must do family outing!
My kids absolutely loved it here and we all had a blast. Climbing the giant strawberry gave a great view of the fields and surrounds and some great panoramic photos. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry picking and we had two little baskets full. I recommend doing this activity early in your trip so have a few days to snack on the strawberries picked. We did this the day before leaving so had to leave much of ours behind at the resort. Kids also enjoyed the play areas and also tried out the bubble ball activity and water boats a couple times. We also purchased tickets for the maze but ran out of time as they advised that it takes an hour and they were closing soon. We ate at the deck restaurant as we had good visibility of the kids play area, beef and chicken burgers were very good. Wife also had a vanilla tea and an enormous scone that was awesome! We got there around 11h30 and had run out of time to do all the activities by 4pm so would recommend setting aside a full day especially as other restaurants also offer wine and whisky tasting and pairing etc. which we also did not get around to!

    Great family fun!
Having seen Facebook posts of this venue we decided to pop in as we were traveling through George. It was super busy, but great service by the cashier in the shop where you buy tickets to pick strawberries. A delightful experience. It was super busy though (you have a winning concept). A great outing for kids! Delicious boerewors rolls and pancakes! Well done!

Maze Map not correct - If you do not have time to walk endlessly, stay away.
It's a lovely spot with lots to do. There are great little restaurants and outdoor seating. The maze however was a disappointment. Not the actual maze but the little map provided with it. We tried to navigate to get to certain areas, but the map was not correct. There are openings not on the map and also sections closed that are open on the map. It was very hot and sunny and after trying endlessly to navigate we gave up and were very disappointed. We also did not have the time to walk endlessly searching for the maze stations to collect the stamps. Please correct your map!!!

    Great Entertainment for Everyone
I visited for the first time in many years and was blown away by all the great changes to the place. There is so much to do now one certainly cannot complain of being bored. We had been enticed by the cream scone, tea and train ride for the amazing price of R55 for pensioners. As it was lunchtime I opted for the chicken burger and chips which was huge and very tasty but was quite cold by the time it arrived at our table. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their scones which again were huge and served with plenty of cream. Only criticism is the aerosol cream which turned to milk in the heat. Our waiter was fabulous but with only 2 members of staff serving on a busy morning he was run off his feet. I would've liked to sample the wine tasting offered by Boplass but thought the cost of R140 was very steep. I enjoyed the strawberry picking and we all felt like children again on the miniature train ride 🤣 Lots of fun to be had here
