We were a group of 5 ladies on our way to do the Leopard Trail hike in the Baviaanskloof. Woober shuttle service was highly recommended by fellow hikers on social media platforms. Their response was immediate and well priced. Gary was on time every time. Helped us with our luggage to and from our accommodation while we waited for check-in time. Gary was familiar with the route, super safe driver and considerate regarding 5 ladies and their over-40 bladders! Highly recommended! Thank you so much.

Carmen and Gary are amazing! They were communicative, polite and very patient, assisting us with big and small changes of plans, including accommodating some of our party with extra international luggage. The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable and Gary's driving was safe without feeling either slow or rushed. Travelling with the Woober team made everything easier. Thank you both!

Carmen was an outstanding guide and a great driver for our four-day tour of the Garden Route. After picking us up at our hotel in Cape Town, she took us to a beautiful winery in Stellenbosch, followed by a great local lunch in Swellendam and delivery to our hotel in Mossel Bay. On another day, she drove us to her selection of interesting local sites, followed by an oyster and seafood lunch in Knysna. She delivered us to the airport in George on our final day. She provided many insights into South African and Garden Route history and culture. This was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing tour that exceeded our expectations.

Carmen provided excellent service from beginning to end. Booking process was smooth (despite changes on my end), she was on-time, and fun and very knowledgeable to talk to. I would highly recommend the company to anyone visiting the area.

The service was spectacular!! Big roomy van. Very comfortable. Carmen was fantastic Not only a great, smooth ride for two full days - one from Cape Town to Mossel Bay and the other along the Garden Route - but we visited little out of the way places. Gary and Carmen were so lovely. Both were very helpful. Full of tips for our first visit in South Africa. We wanted to take the garden route but did not feel comfortable driving around South Africa. We caught a flight to George and found Woober shuttles on Trip Advisor. The process was easy and smooth. Gary picked us up promptly in a clean vehicle from George Airport and took us to Plettenberg Bay. Gary was really friendly and had lots of useful facts about South Africa. We went onto Knayser, and from there, Carmen (Gary's wife) booked a game reserve for us, followed by lunch at the reserve. She took care of even the small details, for e.g. a table outside for lunch at the game reserve, which was an amazing surprise. Carmen took us from the hotel to the game reserve and then afterwards, dropped us off to George airport. Overall, we had a great experience & we would highly recommend Woober. Plus Gary and Carmen were so great!

We were a group of 14 friends cruising South Africa on Dec 8, 2024. Carmen and Gary picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal in 2 comfortable mini vans for our private tour in Mossel Bay and Knysna , and returned us promptly to our ship. We had lunch at Knysna central. Carmen booked us to a very nice seafood restaurant. Best oysters ! We would book with Garden Route Concierge again without reservation.

Excellent service from Gary and Carmen! Transfers were on time everytime and Gary is very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area and gives excellent ideas. Carmen lovely and responsive! Absolutely a no brainer! They made our first time in the garden route amazing!

Carmen and Gary are simply the best! Their service is unparalleled. Carmen is communicative and helpful, and their cars were just perfect. We used them to get to The Leopard Trail and the 3 hour journey was a breeze both ways. Will definitely use Woober in the future!
