Best place in town?
"This is a nice hotel on the lake, but it is laid out in an ad hoc manner, as if it was designed on part at a time, with no real master plan or theme. As the other reviewers say, get used to walking some stairs!"

New Hotel in Bukavu at a prime location but over priced
"A bit congested hotel and it has been tried to fit in everything in a small location. No parking space, no proper lobby, reception also very small. Room rent is very high starting from $80 for a single."
