Highland Wildlife Park is home to over 250 animals, many of which are rare and endangered including polar bears, Arctic foxes and wildcats! As part of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland, we are an award-winning gateway to the natural world where you can experience nature, learn about the challenges facing wildlife and discover the vital conservation work our charity does around the world. See our snow leopards while looking across amazing views of the Cairngorms. Explore our drive-through reserve and get up close to species such as Bukhara deer, Eurasian elk and Przewalski’s horse. Wander through Wolf Wood and see our European grey wolves and European forest reindeer. Hear the roar of the world’s largest big cat, the Amur tiger. As well as seeing our amazing animals you can listen to exciting talks from our discovery rangers and catch daily animal feeds. Please be aware only assistance dogs are permitted. To protect animal welfare, pets are not allowed in any areas of the park.

A stunning Victorian lodge, superbly located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, in the village of Kincraig between the Cairngorms and Monadhliath mountain ranges. This Kincraig self-catering lodge is equal distance from Aviemore to the north and Kingussie to the south and guests will love the traditional features, combined with 'old world charm' and the benefits of modern facilities. High ceilings and lots of space set this Kincraig self-catering lodge apart from other cottages, and the ground floor has two stunning sitting rooms, one with an open fire and the other with a woodburner, while both have big settees and great views of the mountain ranges from the windows. The impressive formal dining room comes complete with massive square table and tartan dining chairs, and is a perfect place for a special meal prepared in the lovely bespoke fitted kitchen just next door. All the bedrooms in this Kincraig self-catering lodge have lovely views, and benefit from en-suite facilities.

Our boathouse, chalets and B&B are set on the banks of Loch Insh Summer Activities on offer: peddalos canoes, paddleboards, Sail windsurf & wing, Year round activities include archery lessons, Mountain Bikes, and learn to ski or snowboard on our amazing brand new Proslope dry ski slope. Dec - April we add a Glice skating rink to the mix at the centre and offer learn to ski retreats with action packed days on the real snow. We have children's play parks on site The Boathouse Restaurant onsite is warm and cosy welcome whatever you're up to. Have a cup of tea and spectate or tuck in to warm, hearty, home-cooked meal to warm up after your activity.
