Thank you Stephan for a wonderful 2 night stay at Darling Lodge. Lazing next to the pool on day 1 we had already decided to extend our stay by an extra night! The room was put together with style and care and we enjoyed a delicious full breakfast. Will definitely be back to sample more of the Darling wine offerings and to enjoy the peaceful evenings under the Wild Fig tree at Darling Lodge!

My wife and I spent a night at the Darling Lodge Guest House in March and can highly recommend it to anybody wanting to spend a night (or 3) in the area. The room was very comfortable and the lodge has a wonderful garden and swimming pool area to relax in when not exploring the charms of Darling and surrounds. Our host, Oliver, was absolutely charming and helpful and served us one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time at a B&B venue. We will definitely be back and use the lodge as a base to see the wild flowers in the southern part of the West Coast next time we are there.

Darling Lodge Guest House - a beautiful hideaway to relax and enjoy life with a romantic garden. Everyday a fresh breakfast buffet with a warm eggs-selection individualy prepared. Very clean rooms, and brand new large pool suites! The lodge is in easy reach from Capetown, the coastline and is a point on the Darling Wine Route. Don’t miss a visit of the close by Ormonde Wine Estate (in walking distance from the lodge) - beautiful setting, tasty food and premium wines! The hosts Oli and Stefan are taking full care of all the guests, truly a wonderful place to enjoy the warm hospitality of South Africa!

Our stay at The Darling Lodge was the best choice ever. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and at home. Beautiful, serene garden setting, swimming pool, tastefully decorated rooms and a wonderful breakfast. Once in the room or cottage, one feels extremely private. I highly recommend this Guest Lodge.
