Great facilities but non-existent management who are clearly out of their depth. The lifts were always busy because staff were using the lifts for operations when they should have been using the Service Lifts. I tried to raise this with management but could not find any one. Staff need more training to be customer centric at least smile and be friendly as a minimum, instead of being sour and acting like you doing me a favour,.

The Wild Coast Sun is a beautiful resort and is a great place for a family get away. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Staff are not very friendly or helpful but other than tat a good place to escape the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.

Literally the worst hotel ever. No management influence. No accountability. 45 minute check in. AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague if you don’t want to kick off a weekend with a bad start. Management says that the 45 minute checkin is a weekly occurrence. This hotel is the epitome of why you should support the small guy.

We recently visited Wild Coast Sun for a mid week break. Improvements needed in the following areas: It’s a mission to get someone to answer phones. Breakfast is ok, but the quality can improve. Drinks are very expensive. Overall we still enjoyed it and staff were helpful. Will definitely visit again.
