Our 4 th time at Letsatsi. Love the beautiful surroundings, the game viewing, chalets overlooking the game and just to relax there with a glass of wine at the restaurant while looking at beautiful sunsets and afterwards having a nice dinner. The same enjoyable experience with breakfast in the mornings. We will definitely go back again.
Warm welcome from reception staff, game rangers around reception not friendly and unenthusiastic. Staff at pool deck, bar and dining room absolutely amazing. Breakfast okay and dinner very nice. Will definitely visit again this year. Maybe even go on a game drive, although the sightings of game from the deck was excellent and the Sable also nice to see with there calves. Allround maintenance necessary…..
Our chalet was okay - a sizable 3-bed with a kitchen and sitting area. The cons: dirty cutlery, carpet and shower. There’s no wi-fi unfortunately. Breakfast was good. If you value your personal hygiene, maybe this is not the best place for you.
I would not recommend Letsatsi to anyone who wants to enjoy a true African bush elf experience. We did not feel welcome at all and the place is not very clean. The Senior staff are also not welcoming.
What a place and what an experience. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED such dedication from the management and staff to make sure their clients have an unforgettable experience in nature - thank you for that We were part of the Christmas lunch which was excellent and there was only 119 people not 220 as other people are stating (I asked the management). The manager / owner and her dedicated team was all over making sure things were happening and that everything was as close to perfect as can be ensuring clients get the service that Letsatsi is known for As people left after the meal we heard guests complimenting the loge on the excellent meal that was served and it was absolute value for money I have read some of the other reviews, I believe that you must accept when going to a game lodge you will encounter nature and accept it or go to a city apartment, you cannot expect the lodge to kill every insect or other living creature at the Lodge - would that still be a Game Lodge if the ecosystem is disrupted by killing all the insects at the pool or in the chalets I also overheard n person saying to the the manager that n paying guest is always right - wrong I think there is context to everything - and attitude is everything when a discussion takes place Letsatsi Game lodge keep up the good work and with that making sure we will experience the true game lodge experience - we have been there a few times and will go back many more times - Please keep the Lodge as close to nature as possible LETSATSI TEAM YOU ROCK…
